    Shepherds pie, chicken casserole, toad in the hole, sausage casserole, burgers, savoury crumble, these are all on my menu plan for the next two weeks. HTH

    Makes Chicken Soup in the Pressure Cook in half an hour...

    3 cups of veg

    Mash

    2 x Sheppards pie

    1/2 for dinner one night! Served with more veg!
    1/4 mixed and made into toasties (2tbls per toastie)

    = 3 meals per pie!
