one more stupid question: what is TS please? thanx :)

Trevor Sorbie - and I can vouch that the entire range is excellent, if expensive when not in 1/4 price / £4 off / BOGOF territory.

No, only for £10+ on the total (unlike the No7 gift it seems which gets fooled by temporary totals!)

The way I read the previous post was:
    4x£2.50 mint lip gloss
    4x£1.00 um, hair thing? =£14.00

Till takes off £4 discount, total to pay = £10.00, then 400 points counted as a discount is a net spend of £6.00.

However I'm going to let the original poster correct this (as I'm sure you need to!) because wouldn't this pattern give 8 lots of 100 points...

Have I got the only bloke-in-tow who when told he could have nice toiletries as a Boots deal went all caveman and said he wasn't going to faff about with 'product' :) (He does feel that his hair is so much nicer when he uses conditioner though, so he's not as immune as he claims!)

mine started off liek that originally but ive sorted him out now!

DS and DH both really like the face wash, in a pump bottle, and DH has sensitive skin and it was fine.

Just updated my AC card and the correct ammount of points were added on after buying the Toni & Guy online with 'points glitch'... phew!!

Tried using a No.7 200 points voucher against a reduced nail varnish.. till said no :( so not like the old one that was giving 300 points on all No.7.. did manage to get 250 points for it by using the voucher in freebie bag so all wasn't lost!

My new AC card total is £85 was only around a fiver a few weeks ago! :T

    One for the Boyzzz!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if this ones been posted before.....but here goes!

Did a little experiment in Boots this morning with the Lynx Click aintiperspirant/deodorant.........100pts with every purchase in the ACM.

I bought 5 @ £2.19, had £10.95 to pay. Cos it went over the £10....the £4 off mens grooming kicked into play. I printed 5 vouchers from the AC machine and handed them over and they all went through in the one transaction.

    So £10.95 minus the £4 = 6.95.......minus the 500 extra points = 5 Lynx for £1.95 =39p each!!! :D

Something to keep the moaning hubbies/partners quiet! :D
How about this for a better bargain (similar I know to other suggestions posted earlier):-

    Buy 6 Lynx @ £2.19 = £13.14
    Lindor chocs @ £3.49 *

    Sub-total = £16.63

    Chocs voucher = - £2.50
    Save £4 on mens = - £4.00

    Total = £10.13

So you've just edged over the £10, so can get another Skincare/Chocs voucher. Also hand over 6 Lynx 100 points vouchers and a "total spend" AC voucher.

    * Can't remember who suggested paying for your chocs as part of a main transaction spend, but it's a good idea. :)

Today is the first day of my recovery.

For the first time since those heady TD/DR days started back in the New Year I managed to walk past a Boots and not go in! I almost did to get some more bodyform but resisted. One day at a time I guess, I want my life back!!

I bet it doesn't last very long though, it did feel very weird! :D

Well done Angel. I haven't been in today either - and am going to go to the local chemist for the tickly cough syrup OH wants.

Still no No7 spend for gift either, I'm winning!

It must be really hard for those of you who work in a town centre - my sister's flatmate works directly opposite Boots and I know how it would go if that was me!
