Well after reading about the cancelled orders, I phoned boots.com and queried the status of my order for 8 brekkie hampers and 2 celebration hampers.

Excellent news.....3 parcels awaiting dispatch containing all of my order.

    Boots are brilliants ;)

Thanks you have cheered me up, just when I thought I had the worlds most laziest man , I found out he has competition. I too am fed up buying HIS family pressies so glad to hear others echoing my thoughts.

Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is yellow tonight,
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is mellow and bright,
There’s a coyote crying at the moon above,
Carry me back to the one I love,
And you old faithful pal of mine.

I ordered 2 breakfast hampers at around 1.45pm on the Wednesday, before they had first gone out of stock... but I got the cancellation email. :( Seems no rhyme or reason to this as some who ordered in the evening got theirs.

My fibre optic tree is apaprently on its way though!

Do these hampers still come in a box if I didn't select gift wrapping as im hoping it does as i ordered it for my dad and i bet he answers the door. I hope it comes in a brown normal box and not just open can someone please tell me what to expect so i know weather or not to run 2 the door first.

My Celebration hamper arrived inside a cardboard box, well packaged too. Came via Business Express - who will be delivering my Breakfast hampers (despatched on the same order at the same time!!) at some later date ??? very confusing, lol.

Whilst delivering millions of wrapped presents to millions of kids in millions of houses in the space of about six hours is just about do-able....I think you're asking a bit too much of the man in the red suit there.

Ordered 1 celebrations and 2 brekky hampers - Received my celebrations hamper today, but no brekky hampers, all out of stock and Boots have cancelled my order :(
However, got the £5 off £10 online voucher, which was nice, but bonus - they deducted the original 10% discount from the amended price! (41.50 order, 4.15 discount off 23.99, so total paid 19.84)
    Nice one Boots! :):D ;D

    seems like it.

He keeps asking me what I want for xmas I say a surprise.  i am not asking for a lot really.  god sometimes i wonder if they have any imagination at all.

now if i mentioned football it would be a totally different as he would actually be listening to what I say.  (he he)

I will just go out in the new year and spend loads of mney on myself.
