[CLOSED] - 13/12/04 : Boots Hampers

I've received an e-mail to say that the 3 breakfast hampers I ordered on Wednesday are out of stock and because they don't think they will come back into stock they have taken the decision to cancel my order!

I'm really disappointed!

Oh dear. I ordered Wednesday morning. I really hope I get these, but feel the probability of receiving a similar email is very likely. Fingers crossed

Would never have paid £34.99 for these but well worth the £7.80 (including the 10% off). Hope you all get yours

I ordered 3 last week before they went out of stock but my order says it is still being processed

I hope I get them. Otherwise I still have 3 xmas pressies to buy. I havent recieved any emails from them cancelling my order yet.

I checked my boots order online about half an hour and it said it was still being processed but i have just had my breakfast hamper delivered!

I phoned for a update about my hampers and 1 order is being processed, the other order is out of stock this is strange I said to the boots rep, I thought Boots had a live online stock ordering facility. She answers there is sometimes a delay between when you order and confirmation in the wharhouse and this must be the case on this occasion. Im happy to receive any hampers however it just shows you just because the item is in stock when you order it dosent mean you will receive it at Boots

Hi, has anyone recieved any of their hampers, and had no confirmation from the website, or via email that it has been dispatched? Had rude awakening today (was having lie-in) by delivery man, who was carrying one of the celebration hampers that I had ordered (I ordered 2 celebration, 1 breakfast - for pressies)

Its the one time I deleted the confirmation e-mail (by mistake) - Sods law.
