    I'm ill. :(
Like really ill. My head feels like it's on fire, my head is all fuzzy, I've had nausea, a horrible sore throat, a blocked nose etc. Eurgh!
Sam has had it so I most likely caught it from him..

    I feel like death.

And now all this talk of meat, is making me crave some...and I'm vegetarian. :(

    :hello: Anni,

I hope you will feel better soon,Let Sam look after you :)

    Katie :)

hi smallpackages, and welcome to the thread, josh was so shocked that his best mate had turned against him in such a way, but he is a very forgivign lad, and has already told me, he will still be mates with other lad, if other lad wants to.

Did another short workout this morning. Without it I don't think I would do anything at all but now I( can actually face going out of the house.

    Hey all

Been spending a few days sorting out money stuff. Today I'm going into town in a bit to go to the bank and have accomplished a few things this week as well so feeling happy about that.

OH the complete numpty has only just decided to sort out his leave from work for when baby is born... Bear in mind baby is due on Tuesday, there's forms to fill in and whatnot, and I keep saying that I don't think he's entitled to paternity leave as his continuous service isn't long enough (he started there nearly seven years ago but took a few months out last year then was taken on again) which I thought his work would have realised already but they haven't and I don't know why he hasn't said anything - ever feel like you're banging your head against a brick wall?

Feeling spritely so going to keep going with tidying and stuff and will check in later and catch up, hope everyone is well xxxxx

Its very hard when you feel blackness all round you but please force yourself in to getting out and about. Just a walk round the block can give you a little boost. Depression is a chemical inbalance. Using energy like a brisk walk or even jumping about at home can boost the feel good hormones. Please give it a try.

I take it you have no hobbies or anything? Try to find something that will give you interest and a bit of excitement. If you cant get out - what about doing your family history online. You need something positive to look forward to.

This is so true. It can really perk you up. Even if you just walk to a local shop or park far enough away from one so that you have a little way to walk can help give you a little bit of energy. I have dogs and so always try to walk them as much as possible.
