    Nomnomnom....gorgeous, truly gorgeous, oops two slices fell in my mouth already.:o

    I used Pasturesnew's tip to use the silicon bakeware. Tipped it out on the cooling rack and the bottom was not crusty so I just left it like that, upside down as it were, the custardy filling is yumptious and I don't even like custard, I'd say its more like a set like delicious filling, hard to describe, but very nice.

    Just tried aussielass' recipe and I didn't really get a bottom but it was more of a coconut topped custard. I used a glass flan dish, would that be the reason?

    Still really enjoy it though.

    i'm just gonna make the recipe as posted in post 2. it says cook ina moderate oven.

    i've a gas fan assisted oven. do you think i shoudl cook on about a 5 or 6 ?

    I fancy this for dinner and we have lots of eggs to use - anyone have a recipe? There are loads on google but would love a tried and tested one is possible
