The plain ones are free - toffee, vanilla, strawberry etc, the new ones (the ones with cake pieces in them - lemon cheesecake, toffee apple) have syns value - if memory serves me correctly the lemon cheesecake is 1/2 syn and the toffee apple is 1, I think there is a cherry bakewell one also and I belive it is 1 syn also.
Correct me if I am wrong someone!

Haven't had a chance to read all the latest posts - welcome all new arrivals - and well done to anyone who weighed in this week. Am off to read through last few posts to see if cheekymole made it to her stone this week.....

She Did :j :j :j Way to go!! Well Done Cheekymole - I'm sure you are delighted, can you notice the difference in your clothes yet? Has anyone commented on your weight loss - hope so!

Jane - I often have some chopped up fruit - grapes, strawberries, apple etc in a bowl, and top it with one a muller light yogurt, then sprinkle some cinnamon powder over the top. Its a nice, free dessert and gives you a "sweet" fix. I tend to have this in the evening when the munchies set in
Glad your first day is going well. :T

thanx, will try that....all this is playing havoc with my brain.....so much info to take in.....

am still a bit confused with the yoghurts, the toffee and vanilla dont have bits in...are they 1/2 a syn, (there my fav) or do you mean just the plain unflavoured ones are free?

just had a lemon cheesecake one.........how good are they??

Lemon cheesecake are lush!! I have to fight with DS and OH to get these first!! They are 1/2 syn, the others toffee, vanilla (they are my favourites, I don't really buy the fruit ones ) are free, its just the ones with the bits in that have syn value (although minimal syn value)

    Welcome vodkaqueen,

Some of us do some don't, you can tell us whatever you feel comfortable with but I find that if I'm honest with other people, I stick to my goals far better. I've told everybody in class that if I don't get to my club 10 by next week, they can all slap me as hard as they like - now, if that doesn't motivate me...?
Any questions just ask, stick to small targets and you'll be there before you know it.
I had 2 st to lose and now only have 11.5lbs to go with 6 weeks left.
    Will she do it.....

    Welcome Vodkaqueen

I post my weight loss (and gains) on here, the support is great and it encourages me to keep going. I had a bad week a few weeks back and was close to throwing it in but the support and advice on here spurred me on, Its almost like you don't want to let the people on here down!
I'm at SW too, I don't find it too difficult to follow. If you have any good recipes please share them!!
