Halifax reward account online now, and the old accounts....

Yes.
As you say, it's the third.
I am setting up a couple of direct debits on each account to make them look slightly more authentic.
ING DIRECT gave me an opportunity.
I've linked an unused Paypal account to all mine. Not only does this create a DD instruction but Paypal deposit a few pence into each account as part of the validation process."A nation of plenty so concerned with gain" - Isley Brothers - Harvest for the World0 -
Sorry if this question has been covered, but im very lazy and can't be arsed to read through this thread (30 pages!!)
Anyway, does anyone know what day of the month Halifax will pay the £5. I upgraded to a reward account during Feb and still waiting for the first fiver.
Is it on the 1st of every month?

Further to post 589, to rub salt in the wounds, my wife has received a letter for each account, saying that they are sorry to hear that she has closed her accounts!0

I got a letter from BOS telling me how sorry they are to hear I cancelled my application. Not good, they should write saying they have closed the accounts. Grounds for a complaint me thinks.Originally Posted by Dr Cuckoo3

However, I can see them imposing more restrictive terms on internal transfers and funding requirements.
Yes, that's what I mean, restricting the requirements for that £5 reward.0 -

It used to say "awaiting application decision" on something online, but it doesn't anymore. Have they given me 2 non-reward current accounts?
I still only have one reward account and two normal ones. I'm starting to worry that I might have clicked the wrong thing when I applied  Is anyone else having this problem?Proud to be a MoneySaver!

I applied for 3 online. The first was accepted within a couple of days, the other two are labelled 'current account' and have an 'application decision' link under them. Clicking the link brings up a page saying the decision should be made within 48 hours, but it's been at least 5 days so far...0

Hi all, I just switched my BoS High Interest account into the Reward Current Account. In the "My accounts" page, the account is listed as "Bank of Scotland Current Account". Is that correct?0
