ING DIRECT gave me an opportunity.

I've linked an unused Paypal account to all mine. Not only does this create a DD instruction but Paypal deposit a few pence into each account as part of the validation process.

Further to post 589, to rub salt in the wounds, my wife has received a letter for each account, saying that they are sorry to hear that she has closed her accounts!

I got a letter from BOS telling me how sorry they are to hear I cancelled my application. Not good, they should write saying they have closed the accounts. Grounds for a complaint me thinks.

I applied for 3 online. The first was accepted within a couple of days, the other two are labelled 'current account' and have an 'application decision' link under them. Clicking the link brings up a page saying the decision should be made within 48 hours, but it's been at least 5 days so far...

Hi all, I just switched my BoS High Interest account into the Reward Current Account. In the "My accounts" page, the account is listed as "Bank of Scotland Current Account". Is that correct?

Sounds about right, it should change to Reward Account by tomorrow.

If I've got reward accounts with halifax and bank of scotland can I check them all under halifax internet banking site or will I need to sign up to bank of scotland site aswell?
