I have a straight bath with the shower and screen at the wall end and mixer taps at the other. I wasn't sure how it would look, but I think it's fab - so much better than having it all at the one end.

    Hi,

We recently opted for a shower bath from bathstore. It was the nicest looking out of many that we looked at. I got the other half who is over 6' and broad to sit in it in the showroom to check it was big enough! It made me laugh!

The shower screen did make it expensive but for our tiny bathroom its worth it! Here's some piccys of it installed, not quite finished but you get the idea: http://stuartandlisashouse.blogspot.com/2009/01/bathroom-fitted-19th-december-2008.html

The bath is this one: http://www.bathstore.com/_application/bathstore/products/baths/liberty-baths/ ( Cheaper now then what we paid )

    Happy bath hunting!

If I'm understanding you correctly, then that's the way ours is at the moment too....and I hate it. :rotfl:

The shower and screen is at the opposite end to the bath taps which means when I have a bath my head is under the shower and I sometimes get dripped on. :D

The new bath will be turned round the other way so that the head end isn't under the shower.

Thanks for all ideas btw and the pics....I love pics....they always help me visualise better.

Good idea about the water blade, will definitely try one of those out.

As some people in this thread have said they have the bathstore liberty p bath, Its worth pointing out that I've just had a letter from them telling me some brackets are being re-called, see
