No, got to wait until they have a board meeting, at the end of the month to findout if I have a start date or in fact a job,
a similar situation to rog2, but mine on a lesser scale.
I should have made this a bit clearer before, but I got a bit giddy:o
As I understand it,
The director in charge of the workplace, wants a new stores man , to assist the current storesman, (who is nearing retirement and is starting to... erm forget things shall we say) and take over in time .
Thing for me and them is to get someone in early enough that the knowledge he has, can be passed on, and brought into the computer age:o
But this director needs to get it through to the others,PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT NERD #869Numpty,Not sure why but I'm crying. Of all the peeps on this board you're the kindest & most supportive of all & I'm  &
for you all at the same time . Wish I was there to give you a big :grouphug: & emergency hobnobs

It dosen't go down too well if that member of your family calls the person who is going to give you a job, various names most of which will blow the swear filter here away:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
Heard a rumour about possible jobs in an industry I was previously employed in:rolleyes:
