Doc, I would be very interested in any specific supporting evidence you can provide for services you received from him that you thought were poor - as I have re-booked him for my wedding photos after the sensational results with Krissy's party pics.

I stongly suspect however that there will be no supporting evidence, as Arcadia have only photographed one wedding to date. I know the couple involved were thrilled with the service (I attended their wedding as a guest, which was how I received his info in the first place) and it is in fact on their suggestion that Arcadia have decided to expand into the wedding market. In my view you are indeed either 'just taking the p*ss' as o-t-e put it, or you DO have them confused with Arcadia Photography.

Evidence would be appreciated - or silence.:D

Hi i'm new to this site, i read it all the time and got loadsa helpfull info for my wedding that was on 28th april 2009,. I thought i'd post a thread to tell everyone of the photograher i used, hopefully it will help someone..

It was £500 and I had two photographers and they stayed ages, the pics came out great too, they were so good they put our pics in their gallery so me and new hubby were chuffed about that,.il post some pics so you guys can see their work,.photo's are so important on ur wedding day.:j

Looks like the image is still on your hard drive. You need to upload it to a photo site such as Flickr first. However, I don't think the forum allows new users to post links.

Kristina is a professional ballroom dancer and a complete drama queen to boot and she loved every single one of the 460 images he delivered to her the next week on CD.

A****** has quick turnaround times on your images, are unobtrusive at the event (nothing worse than having to step over the photographer all night!), have two photographers at all times, work nationwide and have deals from just £250!

It is with sincere regret that I advise that I can no longer extend my recommendations for the above photographers.

Oh dear MrsDay2be, dare I ask what happened.
On a positive note our photographer has just given us our photos, & if I say too much I'll sound like a mad spammer. But I do think she's brilliant, with the added bonus of being so lovely we were both so comfortable with getting our photos taken, which I always hate. She's Kirsty Legg based in Dundee, but covers the surrounding areas too, her prices start at £350, which is the package we went for. We got a DVD of pic's with music & a disc with 100 photos on it.
For that she took photos from the start of the ceremony at 2 & didn't leave until after the 1st dance which was about 9. A few of our photos are on this thread to show you some other examples.

Can I add, Bostick Photography for peeps in the south east! A lovely couple who seem to enjoy the wedding and getting it right for everyone. Prices are fab too, they are happy to tailor their services to your budget rather than the other way round. Been so impressed by their work, looking forward to them doing our wedding!
