Quidco do actually point out that any referral money is not guaranteed and you should not purchase something that is a bad deal on the basis of cashback.
So I view anything I get from quidco as a bonus, but don't decide to buy something more expensive that another deal on the basis of quidco as the OP has found sometimes it doesn't get tracked.
Anyway, the point to my post is that Quidco are at the mercy of when the retailer sends payment to them, so perhaps cut them some slack as they're just the messengers here.
Last week I finally got a £110 payout from Quidco I've been waitingo for since last April (10 months!!!) but it DID arrive eventually, it's just the retailer was slow in sorting payment.
Remember before kicking off, sometimes the person you're getting cross at isn't actually in the wrong!0 -
I had a similar problem just over a year ago using Quidco to buy home insurance through Barclays. Despite it tracking okay (or so I thought at the time) quidco were really slow at trying to resolve it. So, after 4 months I took it up directly with Barclays insurance. I was amazed when they actually replied, apologising, and sending me a cheque for the cashback I should have got via quidco. Seems like a long shot, but maybe it's worth chasing it up directly, like I did. The worst they can say is "no".0

Got £115 outstanding for 18 months for PruHealth. They acknowledged a year ago that it was correct and 'added' the amount - which in realitymeans nothing as it still hasn't been paid!
Similar story for car insurance, though only £20 and outstanding for a year. Pretty much given up on that as the car has now been scrapped!
And just this month, they declined an M&S transaction, for no reason - the two other M&S transactions made that day appear to be progressing as expected.
I'm going to keep fighting, but I'll be switching to Topcashback.
Martin, can you get on the case of Quidco?0 -
I used quidco to change my families utility bills to Scottish power, my son, my daughter and myself.
All 3 tracked and were
marked as recieved on quidco.
When I queried the delay in the payments Quidco asked me how come I had got 3 payments from Scot Power. When I explained they said I can't have my sons and daughters payout because they are not members.
I always give my kids any cashback that I recieve on their behalf.
Can quidco do this? Surely if the transactions tracked they should be paid out!!0
