Purchased my home insurance Feb08, went through Quidco for £80. STILL not paid out, sent several tickets and been told, "yeh we are looking into it"
Anyone else experience such rubbish customer services and had to wait a year for an answer?

I think its totally unacceptable to be honest!

Anyone any experience of this with Quidco also?

I have had more successes with Quidco than failures! The two that I am very unhappy about are 25% with Ancestry which was declined due to the reply from the merchant stating: Response from Merchant. Declined - Merchant is no longer working with the affiliate network. Halfords has been outstanding since march 2008 stating: The status has changed from sent to merchant to successful. The ticket has been closed.

Other than these two I have nothing but praise for Quidco. I am still amazed in these tough financial times that cashback sites still exist. Long may they reign:D

I've got a query going back to Dec '06 on some car insurance. I've given up on it now, but otherwise I've had quite a positive experience with them.

I didn't have any problems until last year. Payments from nPower and MyLotto24 are still outstanding from April and May of last year. CS constantly respond that they are looking into it but nothing much seems to happen.

I've given up with Quidco and I now use Top Cashback and Money Saving Cashback. I haven't received anything yet from either but it's early days.

Martin always says DONT bank on cashback getting paid, its a bonus if it does. I cant see why people moan when they dont pay up, you know theres a chance that they might not.
Ive had ones not pay up, put enquiries in and quidco have sorted it. My most recent one is Vodaphone and its now received, all £91 :j :j

I did Betfair last March, through Quidcon.
Cleared all my cookies etc, it tracked fine.
Then it never got validated nor paid. I raised a tcket twice, both times provided copies of emails and proof of Paypal payment etc...

Still nothing back from Quidco.

I now use Cash Back KIngs - never had anything not track nor be paid on there...

Littlewoods/Additions have never paid up for me.

I know it's not a guarantee to get paid but it's still quite annoying I think.

I have a validated Npower Trasaction (£40 cashback) outstanding since March 2008.

Despite being in correspondence with Quidco, they still haven't managed to resolve this outstanding cashback.

I lost all faith in Quidco about a month ago as I had in excess of £250 worth of cashback outstanding with them, however these have started to filter through now.

In my opinion I felt that the quality of service began to deteriorate towards the the end of 2007, and has never really recovered.

IIRC, there were blogs about disputes between Quidco and affiliates. Closely followed by droves of Merchants abandoning the service in 2008 (Npower being one of them)

There are other cash-back sites I've registered for, as there is a much wider choice now. I may give it another month, before I make the decision to abandon Quidco.
