I'm with you Chev on the 5'8"ness, and I'd say I'm more original than new Fern Britton size :(:(

However, I am currently reading a fascinating book "Slim for Life" by Jason Vale and am turning myself off lots of carp foods.....have a major problem with binging, "treating" myself when I'm down that kind of thang, am proof you can be an obese vegequarian (sounds nicer that pescetarian to be)! Luckily he advises not to change your diet until you've read the whole book and have realised how much scary stuff gets put in processed food, so that means those bars of choc in the cupboard can still have my name on for another couple of hundred pages......tee hee!!

What I'm loving is that it's not a "diet" book, it's just like having a knowledgeable friend chat to you and open your eyes, and also say hey, i used to love stuffing my mush with cream cakes, choc, crisps and stuff too, don't beat yourself up about it :)

Morning All, dont mention diets.. I was being really good and keeping a food diary. I've found that this is the only thing that really works for me (I did the Rosemary Conley classes years ago and thats what they did, I won't give them the 6 pounds for a class now when I can I suppose do it myself). Except for some reason I'm ravenous this morning and had 2 bits of toast and a huge doughnut already!!!!!!

As for quick toning I find the Callanetics exercises work best (especially the stomach ones), but again motivation gets me! Lots of Callanetics stuff free on Youtube and in the library. I liked them because if you stuck to ten minutes a day with it it really made a difference quickly.

Its my biggest weakness - tall men - shivvers - (sorry men under 6ft tall) they just don't 'do it for me' some look for nice bums or twinkly eyes - I need TALL. TALL I tell you TALL..........:D this one isn't too bad on the eyes either:D

Never been out with a man under 6ft my entire life. Mind you haven't been 'out' with many men truth be told.

TBH I think its my genetic predisposition calling to breed with men that are a decent height to reduce the amount of 'hobbit' in my own gene pool.

    Hairy toes
    Desperate meal planning
    Several breakfasts a day
Predisposition to all things outdoors and wonderful
    Lives in the shire
    Reduced stature
    Stripey socks

Surely you had all guessed by now??

DS does such a decent impression of 'my precious' its a bit scary.

I'd have been a hobbit if it'd given me a chance with Aragorn - sigh....

Decided (after reading about it on here for long enough) that when my Clubcard vouchers came through I'd stick them on ebay. We'll see what happens but can't believe they go for so much. I suppose as they say 'every little helps'!

only 5'1 here ...it aint fair i tell ya
  • I'm 5'9 - it's reeeeeeally difficult to find a man tall enough for me to wear heels with! Got a date tomorrow with one who's 5'10 (yes, I ask their height lol) so we'll see how that goes!

My last bf was 5'2 - we looked ridiculous, but to be honest there wasn't a lot of walking around with him, if you know what I mean!! Kept him hidden lol
