Morning All, dont mention diets.. I was being really good and keeping a food diary. I've found that this is the only thing that really works for me (I did the Rosemary Conley classes years ago and thats what they did, I won't give them the 6 pounds for a class now when I can I suppose do it myself). Except for some reason I'm ravenous this morning and had 2 bits of toast and a huge doughnut already!!!!!!

As for quick toning I find the Callanetics exercises work best (especially the stomach ones), but again motivation gets me! Lots of Callanetics stuff free on Youtube and in the library. I liked them because if you stuck to ten minutes a day with it it really made a difference quickly.

I did callanetics after my son was born, helped me get back into shape quickly, wanted to get a dvd of it but couldnt find one

    Pippi Longstocking
She is very unconventional, assertive and extraordinarily strong, being able to lift her horse one-handed without difficulty. (WATCH OUT PIQ) She frequently mocks and dupes adults she encounters, an attitude likely to appeal to young readers; however, Pippi usually reserves her worst behavior for the most pompous and condescending of adults. Her fiery red hair is worn in platts that are so tightly wound that they stick out sideways from her head. She wears a short patchwork dress, with oversized shoes and mismatched thigh-high [stripey] stockings.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • glad you googled fay, it was the first thing that i thought of when you described yourself! Sorry, i hope you werent offended!

I too had the callanetics video but dont have a video player any more. Tell you what fay, if you ever find callanetics on dvd, give it a go, it does work!

Piq - Legolas lives in Canterbury! And i think Aragorn hails from further north than Fay!

  • Um - how tall is Aragorn?

OH wont be past this way for months..................

Not insulted - hairs not as red as I would like, more auburn I guess - but the rest sounds great.

And of course I do have superhuman strength.

Tried calanetics before its great but it does hurt somewhat - my stomach muscles left with my bank balance with the arrival of the sweet enchanting horrors that are currently in the kitchen - bless - is it illegal yet to send a child to bed? Not sure if you are still allowed to do that anymore - children far too many rights these days
