i know! i've 'over paid' by twice the normal payment this month and last, i really don't know where i'm finding the money, i guess it's just that i'm not buying stuff which i then need to pay off the following month. Should be able to pay it off in full in April, 16mths early and it's will be the first change to my credit report in ages.
then it will all be rolled up onto the next and final loan on my credit report.

    Hi Fay and everyone else!

I had to laugh at 'supervisor yourself over a cliff day' :) Must remember that one ;) Must be heartening in one way that they're more than happy to accept your writing as perfectly good enough when they need work doing.... ;) Bit disheartening about not having enough time though, that feeling of not being good enough just goes right through to your bones, doesn't it?

Still, I reckon you're cheery enough to realise that if you get to stay on, then great, and if not, then you're better off without them and you will undoubtedly find something far more cheery and less stressful to do - hooray!

Good spirited bargaining with your neighbour - what fun!

And good money saving too - well done you! :)

I'm keeping a reasonably good hand on money at the minute - although not helping myself by not picking up wages cheques since before Christmas for one reason or another - pah! Need to sort out what account is for what - I have 2 normal accounts, an instant access savings, and an ISA (with nothing in it). Couple are accounted for but not all of them...

Anyway, fingers crossed for you for Friday girl... They don't know what they're missing...

    xx

Hello you - its a shame that you can't - who do you bank with?

Hope the fabric shopping is making you feel lovely!

I have just *half* tidied my bedroom - and have put my stripey candy pink, blue, green, red, yellow, orange bedcover on my bed

May the stripes be with me - I need a boost!!!!!

Just sorted out all the old socks (I have banished socks of single colours unless they are very fluffy) - got a bag of plain socks for the charity shop.

    :)

  • All this tidying went to my head

I couldnt sleep after a long bath and entered the quidconian zone again in the pursuit of planet ebay

I purchased tea towels (99p) and a daisy pattered dress (3.50) and I might have accidentally bid on a tiffany lamp (I've always wanted one)

    Don't tell.................

fay, i have two tiffany lamps which are still in their box here, just not my thing.

i bank with boring old shabby, natwest & a&l. i have named my boring accounts in tesco's though.

thankfully i still love my fabric and can't wait to get started. spoke to the girl in the shop and though it's probably dry clean i'm going to wash it first so that if it does shrink it's before all my hard work. Not sure now how to get it all in a washer (may have to send OH to the laundrette) and more importantly how to get it dried.
