Fay I really hoped that they do the right thing by you, and realise that you might have a claim for constructive dismissal if they just boot you off. Far better for them to let you stay and write it up some how....
Honestly I still don't htink you have been given a fair crack of the whip over your disyclexia. I think you should have been given time for all of the systems and support to have bedded in before starting to put deadlines on you.
I hope that they finally get their act togehter but you have to be prepared for them to mess this up just like they haave done the rest of it
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Still lurking.:D
Hope all goes well at work. There is nothing worse than feeling you haven't had a fair chance. My ds is dyslexic and I think people who don't have it dont get it. (I'm not dyslexic and I dont understand what its like, but I do understand the impact of people who should be supporting you not getting the implications:mad:)
I should be working today, but mainly printing stuff off ready so bit of a doddle; nice for a monday tho.
Trying to motivated ds to get the stuff he needs to do done; I am growing older by the second. We have fell out once today already. He has such a poor sense of time and importance of things that I always feel I am nagging.:o
:j for the ebaying. I haven't done any for ages. I am sure I have stuff to sell
Well you mentioned soup. I have soup, vegetable soup, with veg from the lottie. My finances are work in progress.Normal veiwing will resume shortly0 -
waves to all
3 spoken to - and now last supervisor to go by phone this afternoon
No idea what's going to happen next except they are all OK so far that I have decided this isnt for me
Its a bit wierd - but they don't know what to do next - hence speaking to the Aberdeen guy.
Will see what happens - he's been pushing for hard deadlines, so will see how 'nice' he is.
Waves to Chev and SFRD - my DD and DS are also dyslexic adn the full implications of the help they might need (from me and school) is beginning to sink in.
Ta for the stripey support and the soup!

sending you hugs for your telephone meeting. Hope it goes well and they'll let you stay on for another 4 years (that's enough time isn't it?)
I think i've been upsetting my staff here oops, apparently one's been afraid to ask me a question in case i jump down their throat, and what did i do? yep jump down their throat..... but in my defence they expected me to remember what they did a year ago Sept (when i was in the final throws of wedding preps), because they couldn't remember... aka .... couldn't be @rs ed to look up their work themselves. Plus i had sent them the answer 2 weeks ago but they couldn't remember what the question was that went with the answer. Yes i work with a load of numpties.
OH has a day off work today so i'm hoping he's done some of the little tasks i've set him, even half of them would be good.0 -

Dunno if you should hold your breath
It was over in about 5 mins
He said he'd get back to me before our meeting on Friday
They have all been OK I have to say - not quite sure what to do now so tidying out my files (on PC) and ordering myself into some semblence of stuff - dunno if I need to keep writing.
So if I organise my data my time isnt wastedTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

:grouphug: Just sending you these fay, take care.
You know I don't think you've been given the support you deserve with the writing tasks. And I don't think you are weak, I think you can feel quite superior about choosing to be dignified rather than slagging off nasty supervisors.0 -

That's the best result of all Fay!
Well done you
Hold your head high and take the moral high ground at least
You have behaved impeccably, and done everything asked of you, and they have not fulfilled their side of the bargain. Hopefully they'll work with you to find you a route out. Maybe they'll try desperately to make you stay - but if they do that beware their promises aren't pie crust ones...
Maybe they'll just let you go, blaming you rather than themselves, but at least you and all of us will know what REALLY happened, and you can hold your head high and move on to the next Stripey Adventure
(finished and wrapped your mini present last night, by the way, and then couldn't escape from work for long enough to go to the post office! Pah! But I will post it tomorrow - we'll probably be there before it at this rate!)0
