well done for the good start with Gargamel.
I rang Matalan about the 3for2 that OH didn't get yesterday and when checking my receipt found out that the stupid twit on the checkout rang through the same thing 4 times. Now the bathroom set may have been a good bargain but i didn't buy 4 of them! spoke to someone and it's gonna be sorted when i can next get there which won't be till a week monday. grrrr
  • Well done Fay - good going killing Edna off for good!

I sympathise with you feeling a bit "coldy" - I get the nasty feeling that the bug I've been trying to hold at bay for the past three weeks has just resurfaced with renewed enthusiasm and is determined to get me this time! I will continue with vitC, and a "not going to be poorly" attitude and see if I can fight it off once more! Goling to wrap up warm and go for a walk in the fresh air this afternoon I think.

  • LT - grr indeed!!!! Poor you

EH yeah I am about to venture out with DD to get some bird feeding stuff (complete luxury I know) but its fun watching the birds

I had a bit of good news - german student had a chum staying for 12 days here - no real hassle to me - she left alovely card, a lovely candle and a tesco voucher - found out yesterday the voucher was for £60 (OMG!!) - she wasn't any hassle at all to me and I didnt feed her or anythign so I feel kinda bad that she spent so much - but it was so kind of her - amazing isnt it - some folks are really thoughtful, whilst others (the couple I did feed etc) aren't so thoughtful!

Well reminded EH will batter on with some vit c

Away to feed kiddlets and venture out into the fresh air with DD and woofypants

Struggling to focus at the moment, just cleaned out the laundry instead of writing a seciton - but must get on better later.

Roast chookie and yorkies for tea with mash (sorry LT) and cauli

OOOOOh we've got a robin in the garden..............first one this year!

Fay! Edna's gone! I'm so proud of you - what a fab feeling!! And Gargamel?? He won't last long either... ;)

    :)

Well done! Hope DS is feeling better.

Been to visit my family this weekend - little sis and her 3 boys (all under 4!) are all throwing up everywhere (didn't visit them...) and everyone else either feeling rough or grumpy. Glad I didn't stop long!
