lol honeybear, i see a peedie dog walking past mine each morning and i always seem to feel the need to call it peedie, even if it's just in my head.0

Have to admit mine was in my head too, but it still counts
I need a new umbrella & just as I was leaving Boots I saw they had a rack of them & some were tiny handbag-sized ones & I thought "Oh they've got little peedie umbrellas"!@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Now make sure you love yourself too
Well, I survived the nightI was only up til after 2 cos a mate of Mr Daffs popped round at 11pm, as he often does on a Wednesday cos he dances round the corner then drives 70 miles home, and comes round for a cuppa first...
Ended up staying til 2am talking! He's rather a boring computer nerd sometimes, but sometimes he's alright and quite nice company
Anyway, gave me a chance to pop to the scary upstairs to go to the loo while there was someone else here - lol - have to do these things in stages!
Anyway, must roll off the sofa and have some breakfast in the glorious sunshineAnd ring Mother to see what's the matter (she just texted to tell me she loves me - usually a sign of advanced melancholic worrying about something daft).
I also made a HUGE curry to go in the freezer, some yogurt (hooray!), some broccoli and stilton soup, and sausage and mash for tea
Writing and writing and writing today though. GOT to finish chapter 2 (taken the best part of 2 weeks!) then i've got today and tomorrow to do chapters 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9.
Think I need to work on time management!
YOu do make me giggle - why is the upstairs scary
Your blog is lovely! It shouldn't be a secret
And the best bit you've posted is about time management - i think perhaps we are time management twins
Loads of cooking done, but several bits of chapters still to write and no time!
Glad you had a lovely talk last night!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Upstairs isn't scary really - just advanced pathetic-ness on my part
I can handle being downstairs, tonight I might try going upstairs for a while - not to bed, mind, but just to stand around for a while
chapter 2 done and sent - er, but now I seem to be in a cafe. Have got the laptop out thoughNeed to make a start on chapter 3...
Good luck for all your handout and flower and conservatory clearing out!0 -
Hope the conservatory cleaning is going well

I too see peedie dogs everyday :rotfl:
Blethering - ah, there's a word I haven't heard in years, funny as my DD is a right little blether (or is it bletherer).
Cheery Daff, good luck with scary upstairs. I'm a big brave girl & not afraid of anything (except reaching down to the floor by the bed for anything during the night in case the bogey man gets me)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I've never been sure what blethering means@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -
I assume it means the same as 'blathering', which is just whittering (!) on and on and on and on
Someone on another forum last week said they'd been "blarting", and someone else described it as verbal combination of blubbing and farting - fairly accurate and made me laugh!
I'm actually alright and not scared tonight, but am BORED. So used to having someone cheery around for a cuppa and a chat, and there's plenty of people's houses I could be at, but HAVE to do this workSo got some chick peas and black eyed beans on to boil (very MSE!), and some cheery daft music on, and am going to sit here and work for as long as it takes for the beans to boil, and then I'm going to curl up on the sofa with Harry Potter and crochet

for me it's not the bogey man getting you at the side of the bed, it's the spiders. i always thought blethering meant messing about and never achieving stuff but then i have my own weird words which are an amalgum of dorset/yorkshire & suffolk0
