hurrumph, just as I join the club, you move
And blinkin Nora to the DFD's
You'll find whatsthecost addictive........
Leave the stripes - PAH - no chance - was merely adding a bit of diversity to the thread we embrace all colours and neutral colours - we just prefer loud
DFD's - I bow and embrace the lodgers - not possible without them - and brought the DFD forward by about 10 million years.
Waves hello by the way. I can see its addictive - good ot post the figures for a motivation on hereTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Spots are definately the new stripes
I wore spotty socks today
Am now sporting a pair of bright pink fluffy ones tho@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -
Lol, thanks fay for all those sparkly dancing things!! Remember it was only a draft though, and still in pieces and nowhere near finished (but getting there!)
Also haven't heard back about Leave of Absence request yet (grrr) so actually end-of-world deadline is still theoretically, er a week tomorrow... (fingers crossed then hey because there is absolutely NO WAY it's going to be in a hand-in-able state by then! Aarrgghh!)
Anyway - more importantly, what fabulous calculations!!!! Wow!! Even 2014 isn't that far awayAnd it must be so cool to think that every little bit you pay off early brings your DFD a little bit closer. Just think, you could be debt free in less than a year!!! And think what you'd then be able to do with an extra £700 a month!! (come and visit it us all, I reckon!)
(but don't you go sweating blood to get that all paid off, better to allow yourself a tiny bit of slack and be a few months later, I say...)0 -
I find the pink fluffy ones get really strange looks with office trousers - somebody once said it looked as though I had bed socks on :rotfl:
LIke wearing bed socks is a bad thing! :rotfl:
Admittedly I save my fluffy socks for home but only cos I find them a comforting thing to come home to@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -

Never you mind, you are closer than you think if you are handing in drafts! Well done :j0 -
Hoorah Cheery Daff! Fabulous news!! :j (and good luck for flute paying)
And fab news on DFD, Fay, you are going great guns! :beer:I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
Waves to all - and of course good luck with the flute playing _ do you do 'many weddings'?
I am a bit releaved to be honest and a bit scared - when I joined the site, I had been offered this house - it was almost double the price of the one I was in and I was in so much debt. Every month I was over my OD, late with CC and had just started on the IVA process - but asked about it on here first
The man who owns it argued it would be OK to have students and that would help me pay for the house and help him by upkeeping the house and having a gardener on site. He also sold me on free wood fuel (which balances the evil oil bills - we use >5000l a year) and a veggie patch.
OH and my brother weren't sure - I posted a SOA on here with the 'new house' scenerio and got lots of great advice- so we went for it on the understanding it 'might' pay off some of my debts. It only works with lodgers in - we only have a lease til next August (unless he changes his mind) so perhaps we can really try hard on really shoving the debts away.
