And of course you want to be supportive & happy for him but those practicalities do rear their heads, don't they?

Hey there!
Double ouch for OH!
Have been thinking about DD's cello, sounds like she's very talented and I was wondering if there were any grants out there for a new cello? I know there are a lot of small charities which have musical connections. I'm not sure of a good place to start - probably google?! But it might be worth thinking about as I know musical instruments are very expensive.
Also was inspired about your wedding - I regularly make purchases from Etsy (crafts website) and they've a lot of inspiration about weddings that are not the usual. There was a recent article about autumn weddings and it seemed to remind me of you......thought it might be interesting read for inspiration. Crafty wedding stuff
Anyway sorry for being random and not really responding to other points.....I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
Hey there!
Anyway sorry for being random and not really responding to other points.....Random is my middle name
- well really its Johan - but never mind you know me well enough to think random is a good name.
Thnaks for the info - cello - good idea to look at some funding there is a scheme at school here where you can geet the vat back on the musical instrument but its got to be new which limits things a bit
OH and I were just talking about 'wedding' stuff at weekend - will defnately look at that site
And don't worry about responding to posts - I am not great at it but lovely that you have embraced randomness - its a good way of working
Got my DSA into the bank - got to phone up about getting the stuff now!

Wow, you have to put a lot of work into sailing that close to the wind - but that means your money is working its hardest for you. Good for you.
