Lem can she take my MIL with her to Spain? I cant stand the woman (check my diary for rants about her and her erratic + selfish behaviour!!) and to be fair she cant stand me. She was last heard calling me "A viper trying to ruin our family":rotfl::rotfl:

No I have very few stripey items but I am now wearing a particularly fetching pair of pink PJs with Monkeys and Bananas on!!

that sounds great, fay - especially the free food from the garden! I've bought loads of little plants over the weekend - clumping oregano, mint, parsley, french marigolds, a money tree (anybody know anything about cultivating them?), i've still go the six tiny little thyme plants to pot on, and today i bought the quivering summit of my gardening - three scabious, which i absolutely love. Total cost of all of it - £15, two thirds of which was the three scabious, hi ho. One has to give the bees something else to feed on.
    well done
    - this time of year you can just shove them in??
    French marigolds annuals
rest of them are perennials so put them somewhere you want them permenantly
    love scabious too :)

:D Indeed!! MrEH won't let me wear it if we go for a walk in the countryside though as he reckons it'd scare off the wildlife......!

Ouch to all the evil MIL's on here....I think I'm completely spoilt with mine as she's lovely!!

Right - time for my bed - night night all! xx

Ooh - just a thought - if we're moving on to Rugby players can I have Nick Easter please? Phwoargh! (oh, and MrEH of course *ahem* as he plays rugby too.....errr....maybe I should have put him first?!)

Ooh again - just another thought - bought plants today - a new lavender as our old one is looking a bit poorly, a really unusual primula with sprays of pink flowers on tall stems, and ickle baby coriander and basil plants.

pipsmum, sounds like we share the same MIL although mine is very hard done by, had the hardest life of anyone in the world ever. specifically said don't ask for help with the wedding, then later on said my mum and i were excluding her and should have rung her every week so she could make decisions. she just never asked a single question and then said i never talked about it to her. all it needed was for her to open the door a crack and she would have ended up listening to hours of wedding chatter
