You sound like the perfect housekeeper

Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

Unix - I think the shoes are very pretty and would look great with a beaded dress. The only thing I would be concerned about is the height. I don't wear high heels that often and at weddings you are on your feet for a long time, especially the bride!! But if you often wear that height heel then you will know if you can manage it.
Fay - It is a really sh***y situation. The awful thing is, that you just have to suck it up. The options are pretty carpy - telling DD she can't go on trip:eek: or moaning about ex to kids which is equally  I don't see how there is a way of 'forcing' him to pay his share - especially with him living in France.
I think you just have to trust in Karma. I'm a great believer in this and sometimes having the moral high ground is the only thing you can have and it is really tough but you can't lower yourself to his level.
Your current OH sounds lovely and although I totally understand why you don't want to take him up on his offer (and would be the same myself) it is a real sign of good character that he offered in first place.
I guess you have to sit down and think that you have a lovely life (despite debts and evil supervisor) and you have the kids with you all the timel, plus Peedie and Darwin and he has evil Vet beatch from hell. And he now lives in a foreign country and he sounds like an idiot so I bet he hasn't learnt French and therefore has no friends.I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
I am more thinking no frock - but I do have a beautiful one here - bridal one - got it for being a fairy - very pretty.
Thinking dyeing it sage/moss green and going for that very woodlandy puck type fairy thing. Long cascading hair and an ivy wreath on my head.
Or dungarees
So what did you do about the shoes??
That sounds really lovely. Love the puck fairy thing.
I saw a great doc on TV a while back and it featured a wedding in Bristol with a couple of pagans (they had a hand-fasting ceremony at Avebury at Midnight) and she had long dreadlocks (which actually looked nice) and had a wreath on her head and her dress was kind of medieval in style, with long wide sleeves. She looked lovely and I think similar in style to that which you are thinking.I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

yeah sorry how I moan - tis only certain times of the month when I get a bit grrish about it
Actually spoke to the lovely wonderfully daddy person tonight - and you are right 5 years in france and he hasnt bothered to learn french. What an anogram of watt.
The debts are just from chosing this life and not another so as much as they are a bit eek ish - tbh I dont mind the choices we have made - we are a close bunch we 3+1. And stupid chops misses everything - wouldnt be him for all the money in the world
Peedie asleep under my desk snoring
DD asleep in my bed - snoring (we have an arrangement - she time shares her room with mine) so her animals and I dont get lonely - bless eh.
DS just come and kissed me on the head as hes off to bed too.
Evil chops is back tomorrow - been starting to rework on my literature again. I am so much of a practical person this sitting at a desk bit kills me - but if I am honest we do need the money and if I dont try then how will I know if I can ever do it??
