Love them?RacyRed wrote:You will probably find that the base folds upwards. Mine does, however I hardly ever have to use this as the bottom rung of the handle (where the Velcro fastener is) sits on the hook on a supermarket trolley at just the right height. Or do what I do. Plonk the shopper straight into the trolley itself, (very light when empty). If I do that then it helps limit the amount I can get into the supermarket trolley to just about the same amount as I can get into the shopper

Found this link in the practical shopping tips collection. These are so cool even Nelski will want one

I have to have the fruits one. They even have cooler bags
I did contact CMD and did get a reply but just to say her brother would contact me about them but he never ever did. Oh well... they are pretty pricey, even moreso than the cow design one by rolser. Love them?I emailed too, apparently the nearest stockist is in SwedenThank you for your enquiry.
You can approach Rob in Sweden (stocks all of our products) on

Hopefully he will be able to help you.

Think the cow print is the best bet.
I'd love to know how they fit them out with cooler bags though! My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

Love them?I was going to say the woman in the pic doesn't look like she does much shopping, muscles in her arms like knots in a thread. I've got muscles in my arms like a rugby player with all the bags of shopping I've carted home recently.
I think the CMD ones were about £80 a piece, dearer than the moo cow one so I think I might go for that. Probably best, incase something goes wrong with the CMD one, don't fancy having to ship it back to Sweden. Place is extortionate price wise for anything.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” - Oscar Wilde0 -
Love them?Yeah, she looks as if she can just about manage that orange :rotfl:
Did you get a delivery date for the moo cow one Smiley_Mum?My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

Love them?Haven't ordered it yet, still pondering. It's a lot for a trolley but would certainly save my neck and shoulders. Ponder, ponder....
I'll wait until CC bill comes in, clear that and put it on for next month.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” - Oscar Wilde0 -
Love them?I was just reading that observer article again, PMSL at this bit

Ms Gavin, a 33-year-old sound assistant at the UK Living Television studios, does not own a car. It is plastic bags for her, not the careless cascade of groceries from supermarket wire trolley into Volvo. Which helps to explain why she refused to give back her test trolley. "It's really light and easy to move around," she said. "Great for a single person like me who can end up being dragged down by two bags of shopping in each hand. I find it even slides alongside a seat on a bus. It looks ace, too - not like those old granny trolleys. And so far I've run over only one person's foot."
I understand why she wouldn't give it back though My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

Love them?I often see people with them coming back from Tescos, usually the cage type ones, with Atilla the Hun at the wheel.
I'd love the moo cow one, I'll hold off, I always find that when I buy something whenn I first see it and it's a new product, that a week or so later it's reduced. Happened the other day in Boots, Elle MacPherson stuff was down by a third in price so was glad I held of buying, would have been sick to have paid full price for it, even if it was on points.

Love them?Good plan Smiley_Mum! I shall be shadowing your shopping habits if you have that knack
For anyone looking for the various links throughout this thread I have listed them in the OP HERE to make them easier to find.
At least... I think I have :rotfl:My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

Love them? Can you find me a black gothic looking one and then I might think about buying one (althought the cow one is a current fav) and who knows, it might encourage me to get out a bit more  :rotfl:"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

Have no idea what they areSmiley_Mum wrote:Some people push their trollies while others pull them, I'd pull mine, what does everyone else do?
i pull mine
i find the steering quite wonky if i try to push. i only push it if i'm in a tight spot and need to see where i'm going so i don't knock things over.
course mine is a 2 wheeler, the 4 wheelers might be easier to push?founder of Frugal Genius UK (Yahoo Groups)0
