Am I the only one who see's this thread as a massive pi$$ take? RR and Nels have no intention ever of shopping with a wally trolley or chic shopper, no matter what you call it. If youve bought a trolley then good for you but don't put yourself up for a wind up.0

Hi Hermit -crab (great name by the way)
I fessed up right at the start that i would never use a trolley because i dont have any need for one at this stage in my life and for the fact i tend to drive to do most of my shopping.(you can see my vote at the start) Im sorry if you think this is a Pi$$ take - i am good friends with the OP and we tend to have banter like this thread - however AS a good friend of hers i know RR is 100% genuine.
I will close the door as i leave0 -

Couldn't be more wrong Hun, I have used a shopper since I was in my early 20s. The one pictured in the OP IS the same as the one parked beside my desk right now. I agree that it may take me a while to convince Nelski though
Far from being a pi$$ take I am VERY seriously concerned at the long term damage people, especially women, do to their arms, shoulders and backs by carrying heavy loads in an inappropriate fashion. Lets face it, if an employer asked an employee to carry the equivalent of a regular shop in carrier bags they would be done on health and safety grounds faster that you could say Tesco, and quite right too.
For years we have laughed at what is, in reality, an essential tool for anyone who chooses not to use a car to shop, for whatever reason. Now there are some beautiful trolleys out there and if if I can encourage their use by using a little humour and jest, I will.
BTW, the decision I am making concerns a replacement bag for my existing trolley frame.

I'm not getting at you Nels or RR. Appologies to both. The board guide on this forum has his favourites and lets posts by them go. You two are favourites. If I had posted this thread it would have been relegated by now. it's unfair and its wrong.0

Lol! hermit_crab, you just haven't seen the deleted ones. I'm always in trouble!!
To be honest I think this thread was simply the right topic at the right time, nothing to do with me really. So if you had been OP I am sure it would have been much the same.

Love them?If it hadn't of been for Racy Red posting up the link with the Novela trolleys I'd never had known about the funky cow print ones available. For several years I've spent an absolute fortune on fees to have my neck, shoulders etc manipulated by a chiropractor at great cost, considerably more than a cow print shopping trolley. So, I for one am delighted that I have something funky and modern to carry my groceries or whatever home. Instead of wrecking my neck, arms, back etc on a regular basis and shelling out to a chiropractor in the region of £60+ several times a year. I may still have to visit but not nearly as regularly as I have been doing in the past and that can surely only be a good thing. So hurray to Racy Red and thanks for posting up the link for them, it's much appreciated by me. :T
TBH if people without transport etc wish to lug home groceries without the aid of a trolley etc, then that it is up to them. I'm just glad to have the trolley I have now, wish I bought it years ago, would have saved me a fortune. Thanks again Racy Red.
Actually Kittie posted up the link but Racy Red updated her original post so joint thanks to both of you, I'm really pleased with my funky chic shopper, trolley whatever you want to call it. At least I'm not going to have arms double in length and aching back and shoulders next time I want to get a considerable list of groceries. Love them?Has anyone bought the black and mauve cow print trolley yet? I'd really like to see a pic of it as that is my current favourite if I was to get one (hush you Nels :shhh:
) but it's not on the website yet
Glad yours arrived at last Smiley_Mum :T :j"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"
