Thanks guys. I think I'm being a bit paranoid. I'm just having episodes. Like last night when I was about to do tea, I couldn't do it until I had proper scrubbed the kitchen down then put the washing in. I was thinking to myself I should just put the stuff in the oven and do the rest while it was cooking but I just couldn't do it. Then I noticed the front door had spatters of concrete on it (from front path just being done) and just had to do it right then. Then I noticed something else and it just went on from there. I was probably just feeling more able to do things than usual and my mind was pushing me to do it while I could iyswim.
It was probably some of the questions I was asked at the interview too. She was asking me if I was depressed and whether I got out and if I saw people on a daily basis or if I just sat at home all the time and she just made me feel a bit strange about myself. Then I was thinking that some of my posts don't seem to make sense sometimes but I think we all have that don't we!
Yes I might be a bit odd but it adds to my charm I think:D
Haha! Felt stupid yesterday though when I got caught in the co-op talking to myself and answering myself! This bloke looked at me like I had just escaped :rotfl:
suep sorry your dad isn't on the mend yet but hopefully things will start to come right soon.
careful glad you are not panicking and hope you're better soon. DS1 didn't seem too bad then just before he got better he had just one day when I was really scared. He was hotter than a kettle and shaking with cold. He was crying and it was really awful but then the next day he started to get better and was back to normal two days later. There does seem to be another virus going round or whether it is all the same thing but just very mild in some people I don't know? I was surprised that no-one else in our household caught it, esp me but then they all did treat the poor kid like a leper!
Also *rant ahead" it does my head in that they are making it into a bigger deal than it really should be. They don't start spouting figures about how many people "normal" flu kills per year do they?
lw hope you're feeling better now.
Snoozer they do that don't they? I try and see it as a defense mechanism and feel sorry for them otherwise I would just hate all men!!
Hope she has a good time and it helps her heal. Good on ya for making the appointment. Even if you can cope and keep on coping, it won't do any harm to see if that coping could be made a little easier.
I've probably missed loads of posts so sorry to those I have.0 -
morning everone.

thats too boring and happens ever year so if they reported it people would not be interested anymore and they wouldnt be able to scaremonger around the odd strains of flu like this one which would just be no fun.0 -
Morning peeps
kass I've been finding it hard to finish one thing before jumping onto another - for me it's part of the wanting to get everything done at once to make the new house a home - is it possibly that with you too?
Thanks for the info on DS.
pcl It has been so hyped by the media - I bet they couldn't believe their luck when a story like SWine Flu fell into their laps!
After wondering a bit what all the fuiss was about being a possible Oinker (or should I say Porker *g*) I was lying in bed this morning thinking I didn't feel bad at all and then I got up. Oooh, everything aches, head is pounding etc.
Am sure will feel better when I've had my two morning buckets of tea *g*I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0
