  • Morning all
Am still sleepy here as I didn't get to sleep til gone 3am - my own fault, I stayed up far too late.
The arthritis in my neck is playing up from packing, so I think I'll have another gentle day today and just do some paperwork etc. I'm readng a great book at the moment and that's a god incentive to sit and do nowt!
Hope you have fun with g/d sue, and raeh, copy what I'm doing today and take it easy? Monday will come around all too soon.
You made that doc's appointment yet? *g*
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

    Afternoon all.

I'm even later than usual getting online today; been lying on the sofa all morning, as my hips are so painful. I think it's a result of the gardening yesterday - Mr LW did the grass, but the greenhouse needed sorting out before I could see to the toms, and I guess I overdid it.

CwtA pace yourself with the packing - you've started it well to time, so you should be able to take it steady and still have it all done in time for your move.

Raeh ^ ^ ^ Wot she said, with bells on.

Hoping that Seaside and Suep's Dad enjoy their respective holidays.

Kass thanks for the update on Charlie, give him a tickle on the tum for me.:D

Brain's shutting down now, so :hello: to everyone else, I'll be back when I can kick-start the ol' grey matter again.

morning all :hello: just a quick check in , in case i was missed :p
cant read back as you have all chatted too much so i just skimmed lol

bz before i read what you said about your nieces i had thought to myself, what beautiful girls :D cant believe ones only 12 though.... scary!
Of course we did (I was wondering last night how much you were overdoing it that you couldn't come on here ;)) and it's more than scary - it's terrifying! The 12yr old (who turned 13 last week) is taller than her 16yr old sister now and I keep telling her to stop growing or she's going to be wearing flat shoes and crouching, while I stand on a step, for the photos! :D I've seen them all dressed up and know just hope gorgeous they'll look on the day....maybe I should be hiring security!!
Now...about that doc appt Raeh....?

Suep thanks :) I try to keep it down to a dull roar ;) Enjoy your arvo with the g/d.
My aunt used to make saltdough for the kids to play with :)

Cwta it sounds like a plan. Get your feet up, reply to emails ;), read your book, "chillax" ;)

I myself now have a very dirty (but very cute) Buddy puppy who decided that rolling round in the grass/mud was an excellent idea... Why'd he have to do it on my watch?? He was very well behaved though as, unbeknownst to me, the neighbour has taken out a fence panel (they did explain in advance to DF) so the guy fitting their new sofits/fascias/guttering could get the ladder in the right place...only I didn't realise until we'd been out there 10mins and Buddy never even went near, never mind tried escaping! :TYay! That would've been a complete nightmare if Molly was here instead/too as she's a little escape artist!!

    Hi Jamla.

Yes, one of Penny-Dog's friends used to think it was great fun to roll in fox poo; he used to come trotting back to his owner with a sort of lop-sided grin on his face, and try to rub himself against any available humans. Delightful mutt!_pale_

LW, I would love to tickle him on the tum for you but unfortunately he seems to think my hand is an evil alien he must destroy!

To be fair though, he does lick me to death after he has killed said alien so he can't be all bad :D

BZ, thanks me'dear. I'm sure I shall be back with full force shortly :D

I'm finding myself getting really defensive and feeling like everyone's getting at me and being intrusive. It's really not like me to feel intruded on cos I am such an open book and will tell anyone anything but at the mo I just feel like saying f*** off and mind your own business to the slightest thing. Think I should just lock my door and switch off my phone until all this passes!!

Hi to everyone else, hope you're all having a good day. It's very sunny here but looks a little breezy. I'd do my washing but I cba!
