 Oyyy!! i know exactly what pacing is!!! just not how to put it into practice ;) well done btw

sue as my kids are older iv actually had plenty of time to myself :) maybe too much as iv ignored the ironing :p i do like just being here with them though, iv had a house full of huge teenagers as well though, but even with the long hair and slipknot music blasting, they are a bunch of lovely polite lads :D
my niece is 4 and nephew almost 2 and i love being with them and doing the fun stuff like playdough :D

cwta get some decent rest, pcl is right and you have ages to pack, dont rush and do yourself an injury :(

kass as sue said we are here when you need to nip in ;)

Ahem! [Note good use of emphasis there.]

I see you very carefully avoided mentioning your appointment with the GP, Rae. You've only got another day before you're back at work, then who knows when you'll find time to see her.

:p Told you we wouldn't forget for long, didn't I?

Morning pcl, you're up early, or are you up late iykwim!

lol @ suep, how do you do little words like that?

Thanks all of ye. I'm feeling a little better today but going to leave it until tomorrow before speaking to anyone or doing anything. Hope it's a nice day today, I might put some washing out.

    xxxx
  • up early, well a whole hour later than it has been every other day this week so felt like i had a lie in. its too wet here for washing, think im going to go play on swings in the park though, damp means there will be few kids. i love anti social days, and do find them necessary occasionally. have a good one.

went to talk on fibro/me , about getting right balance of omega 3 and 6 together, as wrong balance sets of the pain nerves, ect. the hunter gathers /Inuit Eskimos have the right diet. fish oils, oily fish and rape seed, hemp ect needed, and a test they did showed that if you listen to Mozart it stop's headaches and calms you down , and you can do more work as brain is focused !so it sums up as : wear you ipod playing mozart, smoking a dope cig, eating lots of fish or fish oil tabs.you feel better !

Kass I just changed the font to no.1 at the top of the reply box to make the writing small ;) I hope your having a better day.

LW Slipknot are a band, I just asked the expert (dh) and he said its sort of Death/heavy metal type music  that all the little goths play bless them :D

jamla there is no way mozart on the ipod would stop a head ache for me  you know all the relaxing music they play at the end of yoga and such like?? well it used to really set me on edge :p i need heavy rock to sing along to to relax me

s/e *blushes* I havent made an appointment, im just dreading going again as im always made to feel a fraud :o with the tests not showing anything conclusive i know it will just be a case of what can we do:confused: 'just' fibro and carry on as you are!

pcl i like to have antisocial days some times, i have days where i find talking just too exhausting :o

kass where it says what font you are using up there ^^^ theres a number next to it and you can change the size of the words :D

cwta i hope you are resting today :) and you bz :)

again im not going to list names as il always forgot someone :o hope everyone is feeling ok [ish] :)

well i have decided this morning to cut my own hair to above my shoulders as i didnt have a spare £30 for the hairdresser  hehe im now sat with a hair dye on it and its been on 20 minutes longer than it should as i cant type and think quickly :D better go in the shower then i think we will have a drive out into derbyshire, need to make the most of the last day of holidays [ cant count the weekend as you get those off anyway ;)]
