Anybody have a list of credit card companies who have been fined by the FSA for miss-selling ppi please
Have a look at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#exposed halfway down in one of the green boxes you can click on fined providers.
Hope this helps. If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!0 -
hi good day!previous week i think 3 weeks ago i written here that i have sent a letter to my bank to claim my PPI. Hsbc have written back to me saying "that i need to visit a local branch to restructure my loan, and will arrange a new loan without protection and for the outstanding balance on your existing loan to be repaid. The new loan will be on the same basis with the interest rate being honoured and term scheduled to coincide with the term remaining on the original loan"
Can anybody explain to me clearly of what does the bank is trying to say here?for what i understand they want me to get a new loan to pay off my existing loan and then do not take PPI for the new loan?what would happen to the claims i have made?can please help me and enlighten me for what further things to do here.thank you for your time0 -
You need to be careful here, sounds like they are just removing the PPI, not giving you a full refund of the PPI already paid. Have they given you any calculations?DS1 12/10/04
DS2 13/07/06
DD1 06/12/070 -
