Hi all I am so fed up today three times I have now rung deloitte no reply I emailed FSCS they replied you are prioritised we will deal with your claim as soon as we can. I am sick of thinking about this, talking about it and sleeping and breathing it:mad: Dont these people of any compassion at all. I dont know about all of you but its really beginning to get me down now. I am finding it really hard to cope with all this stress today and am close to breaking point. Feel really really sad and angry.

Hi everone,

Had a letter from Deolette. I contacted them because they has spelt my name wrong!
While I was talking to a very nice lady today, i asked her if we were to win our PPI claim,would they pay off our loan to picture(as there is still an outstanding balance) or could we have the compo paid straight to us?
Her answer was, on the back of the FSCS claim for we had a choice in which we could choose either.
So you can either have the compo paid to you or to pay the loan off.
I think that this would apply to everone,but i would still check this info.

Chin up Love. I get the impression they are close. Best thing to do is try and focus on something else.Iam in the same boat,and it takes over your life.Hope you cheer up soon.

Thank you Lian I will try to stay positive its just so hard to focus on anything at the moment, the only thing is I dont remeber anything on the form about who gets the payout, and if I did sign it I would have asked for it to be paid to us, did you sign that bit of the form? The other thing Lian is what number are you as we have not heard a thing from Deloitte and as you can see from my posts I have left three messages for them to ring me back, no luck there though

Thanks for the post Lian. I do remember seeing this on the claim form and opting for the cheque, as we still had the loan at the time and I did'nt want it going back to Picture. This is good news for anybody who still has a loan running with them.;)

Hi dialysis, I know how hard it is but it must be nearing closure now. Did you keep a copy of the claim form you sent to FSCS. I'm sure you would have opted for the payment to be made to you.
Hang on in there we are all in this together;);)

We are 442 which is high. I guess i was lucky today. They just said that they are looking into our case and would contact us if they needed any more info.

Yes I opted for a cheque to be made payable to me. I know you can write to the FSCS if you want to change who the cheque is paid.
