We received Barclaycard SAR too for OH and they only replied with a load of statements, no cca, no terms, nothing just a letter saying 'this is all the information we hold on this account'
mmm wonder whether the application form with the ppi box that they said was ticked will show up in a seperate envelope soon too
I do hope they have both tripped up on this, I really do! :j Getting the letters sorted tonightDMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -

Barclaycard was opened 2004
I used the standard SAR template letter and this includes telephone, agreements, correspondence etc so it can't be missed out can it?
I did think when creditors get SAR letters they just skim it and as the first bit states transactions they just send copies of statementsDMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -

Yeah well I am sure I can cut them some slack then if it's a little mistake  no doubt the creditors are pre occupied at the minute looking through numerous filing cabinets and checking computer files on old disks for the numerous SARs they have to comply with due to this site

Hi Toffee Penny
Just to let you know that Barclaycard I am claiming back on had pre-ticked boxes. Think that was 2001. They did send full copies of all agreements in response to the standard MSE Letter. Fingers crossed for you.;):mad:0
