Hi guys remember me! I feel so old and forgotten being on part 3
Had my SAR request back from Lloyds and they sent me my 2 previous loan documents however no details of the phone call they 'reviewed' to reject my ppi complaint
I think another letter is neededI'm on the way to being on first name terms with the local Post Office owners

Hi
Toffee penny do you have it in writing from them of this "review" of the phone call?0 -
Hi Marshallka good to see you back
In their reply to my claim for ppi on a top up loan they said they had reviewed the sales call and listened to the advisor go through the various steps to prove that I asked/accepted ppi etc.
The only thing they sent to me was two previous loan documents (these 2 were signed in store, the top up was over the phone) and I noticed a premium advanced box ticked on both documents, neither time was I asked about premium advanced, I don't even know what this means
I am ready to respond to them as the main reason for doing the SAR was getting the details of the telephone call, I sent it 5th Jan so I know I have to give them 40 days from then.DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -

Thanks Toffee Penny;)
As you have proof with the top up loan of this you need to write back and state that they have missed this out of the SAR request. ALso threaten the ICO too. State what it is they have actually omitted and also send them proof of them stating to you they have it.0
