  • Hello All
Am new to this so forgive me if I'm a tad slow.
I have been in touch with Cahoot today and requested a copy of my PPI terms and conditions. They informed me that all T &C's are available on the web site, (but I have forgotten my login and password) I recently made a claim for voluntary redundancy, October 2008, but was unsuccessful as this is not covered in the policy, when I spoke to them they said I should have read this when I applied for the loan, I asked if I should have been sent a copy and they said no.
Is it worthwhile to continue or should I just give up.
Also would it be adviseable to cancel the policy, the loan was taken out in April 2006 and has two years to run.
    Many thanks

Hi There tell them that you have forgotten your username etc and can they e mail you copies of the Terms and Conditions. Bear in mind that the terms and conditions on their web site are the current ones not the ones that were in force when you took out your loan. (probably)

Did you apply on line and when?

    Hi Keza

Not too sure on this to be honest, but if they do take anything they shouldn't I would reclaim on that as well.;)
I taken it you would still have to pay as normal, and yes make sure on the interest as well.
    Good luck X

    Hi amersall.;)

This is brilliant, is this recent?
    I will sign.:D

You have not stepped on anyones toes amersall so no worries there :A, glad they have finally seen sense in this PPI malarky.:T
Maybe I should have changed the subject on the one I sent off, I sent it under the "justice" one.
But still if you have this sorted out, perhaps we could sign this, and I'm sure if you post it on the non ppi discussion thread, even though it is actually ppi lol, you can post it, or another way is to let MSE Wendy know by PM and she can set it up on here.
    What do you think hun?;)
    And thanks and well done.:T:beer:
