Hi Love the house is looking good I dont understand why you havnt heard from no 10 yet it seems to be taking a while, maybe thers a lot requestin to do petitions about bein shafted from a great height? Oh and whats rest?;):D
Wishing you lots of luck and love with your new house. I so hope you get things sorted for you.x:mad:0 -
Yes you can claim this back. Presumably they would have recorded the phone calls. To say you cannot cancel is a load of old !!!!!!!!. That is why you have the ppi monthly so you can give 30 days notice. I would give them a ring and say you are not happy and want your money back. If they cancelled in the end they should have cancelled earlier. If not tell them you will take them to the FOS. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
Thanks for replying. Last time I've paid PPI was in September 2008. I hope I can claim my £55 back.
Should I ring them or send the letter?
Thanks one more time.Lloyds Loan - £2400 £700 £620 £0 :j:D:jBarclaycard - £5200 £3000 £2360:mad:0 -
Hi there.;)
So sorry to hear of your issues here with Lloyds tsb.
Of course you cancel and reclaim back what you have paid and the interest, they should not stop you from doing this, write to them and tell them if they do not allow you to cancel you will take this matter further, you have since researched further on the PPI and feel it's not worthwhile to you.
Any prbs take it to the financial ombudsman service.
Good luck.
Thanks for that. I will write the letter now and hopefuly they will give my money back.:rolleyes:Lloyds Loan - £2400 £700 £620 £0 :j:D:jBarclaycard - £5200 £3000 £2360:mad:0 -

I would try ringing them first. If you do not get the response you need then write to them and give them 8 weeks to respond send by recorded delivery. Let us know how you get on and we can advise from there. Good Luck
Thanks for all the support.
