Deloitte have just emailed not to confirm they do not require anything now, so it seems that the FSCS may have been in touch with them as well. This was just in my hubby's email box here........
Mr, we appreciate your response, and thank you for looking into your documents to see if you have any of the requested information. Short of what was requested in the letter we currently do not require anything else from you, but if the situation changes we will contact you.

    Thank you,

Good to hear you have managed to sort this. Fingers crossed now that your claim gets dealt with quickly. Do you have delloites e-mail address. I am going to e-mail them some information which I think would help my claim.

    Thanks and good luck!;)

    Hello to everyone

I've just found out about the PPI reclaiming and not sure if I'm entitle to claim my money back.

Long story short: last year in May I've taken out a credit card with Lloyds and I was asked if I want a PPI. I was explained what a PPI means but I wasn't informed that I need to pay extra even if I pay in full every month. The first month I spotted £10 extra on my card for PPI  so I called Lloyds to try to cancel it but I was told that I can't. After 6 months my OH saw the PPI on my credit card statment and he called Lloyds on my behalf and they've told him the same thing and when he threathen to close the credit card, they said that if I'll pay the credit card with 1or 2 days before they've send the statment, I will not pay the PPI. After another NO from my OH, they've finally canceled my PPI.

Do you think I can claim my £55 back? I know is not much in compare with others, but there were my money:mad:

    Many thanks

Yes you can claim this back. Presumably they would have recorded the phone calls. To say you cannot cancel is a load of old !!!!!!!!. That is why you have the ppi monthly so you can give 30 days notice. I would give them a ring and say you are not happy and want your money back. If they cancelled in the end they should have cancelled earlier. If not tell them you will take them to the FOS. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

The email received from the FSCS today in regards of our documents here:

    Dear Mr and Mrs

Thank you for your E mail of 20 July 2009 about your claim against Twopart Limited.

All the documents that you sent to us previously would have been passed to Deloittes. In response to their letter of 17 July 2009, just confirm that all documentation has been sent to us and you have nothing further.

    I hope this clarrifies matters.

    Yours sincerely

    Hi there.;)

So sorry to hear of your issues here with Lloyds tsb.

Of course you cancel and reclaim back what you have paid and the interest, they should not stop you from doing this, write to them and tell them if they do not allow you to cancel you will take this matter further, you have since researched further on the PPI and feel it's not worthwhile to you.

Any prbs take it to the financial ombudsman service.
    Good luck.
