If swift didnt sell it and its wasnt one of their agents then there is no liability for them.

    Thanks dunstonh,
I thought that might be the case so i need to focus on the broker and check with the FSCS about my next move and keep my fingers crossed.

    Hi there again

If the broker are no longer trading maybe they are also listed with the FSCS, no harm in trying, good luck.

Another way is to check on Companies house, on Company search to see if that broker is still active, if they are then write to them on the address shown when you check them out, if they are no longer active then check with the FSCS.

    Its a good start.:T

Myself personally would take it all the way, but this is now entirely up to you.
Is that including interest, the total of £2590, of not you would have that to come back as well as 8% of what a court would award.

Or wait for other opinions on this also. Good luck.;)

    Hi hun

Is this also a settled finance?

You should in this case receive all that above amount plus what I posted above, not sure on the amount, but it does normally work out more than what you paid because of the interest.;)

One of mine in PPI with one company was just under £11K, we received just under £13K back, just to give you some sort of idea. X
