When I took out the second loan the PPI from the first was added onto the second one so I actually added alot more onto it that I had borrowed in the first place if that makes sense?
Thanks Di yes I will have a look am going to use the template for the PPI to send to the ones I have had loans out with PPI and change the wording a bit esp the bit at the bottom about the FSO as I kind of did it the wrong way round lolI never think before I do something always after it?:D
Thanks again for your advice everyone and fingers crossed I get some good news hopefully.....?

Will look tomorrow Pixie-its more or less what i expected--working on a real complex double consilidated loan with PPi carry over (in another place) --which has to be done tonight--
But can you post your :
Date of change/new amnt to pay/new % from your last % change letter before this last info about the revised monthly pymnt
OK. Been home at lunch & found the letter with the rate decrease:
Letter is dated 18 February 2009.
Interest Rate Decrease
Your rate will decrease by -0.8% with effect from 2nd March 2009. Your interest rate will now change from 12.3% to 11.5% per annum.
Your monthly payments will be affected as follows:
Date new rate applies
2 March 2009
Change in interest rate
-0.8%
Revised interest rate
11.5%
Revised monthly payment
£247.55
Direct debit payments on or after 25 March 2009 will be at the new monthly payment.
However the letter I received from them 2 days ago - 24 March 2009 re my PPI refund states:
We refer to the above agreement and would confirm that we have refunded the Payment Protection Premium plus interest to your loan account.
This will have the effect of reducing your monthly payment to £198.70 commencing with your payment due on 25/04/2009.
We have not had enough time to amend your monthly payment in time for March so once March's monthly payment for £255.64 is taken we will raise a refund for £56.94 for you in respect of the overpayment
None of this makes sense? Why are they saying March's monthly payment is £255.64 when a month ago they sent a letter saying it was changing to £247.55?? AND this months payment was actually £187.85 so where did that come from?? (they have now confirmed this is a mistake and my new monthly payments will be just over £198.70 with the PPI reduction)
Shall I call them again and ask what is going on as it looks like they either haven't calculated the PPI refund properley or they haven't given me the interest rate cut??? Even though I have spoken to 3 different people there in the last 2 days who have all confirmed my current interest rate as 11.5%.
Arrrggghhhh I hate this company!!!!!!         :mad:0 -

Its the evil black horse horse i have heard so much already about, its on my mums loan i trying to help her now. Shes had 12 lots of £25 added onto the balance for being few days late on repayments! Need to know where we stand.
oooh tell you what else i heard about other day im giving a try.... if you ask a creditor for a copy of your credit agreement (SAR)and they say they cant find it legally it is uneneforceable. So , what i did was pointed this fact out to one of them and made an offer to settle for a much much reduced amount as a goodwill gesture. It will of course mean no hassle if they accept of crap being filed on your credit report. Its worth a shot il keep you postedMY Successes = RBS PPI, RBS bank charges, Aqua PPI, Aqua cc charges, HFC PPI, Welcome Finance PPI, Blackhorse PPI Mums Ongoing= Swift Advances PPI, London Scottish PPI, Blackhorse chgs, GE money pyts missing

Hi all
I need to send off an SAR regarding a credit card account.
The £10 you include with the letter - can this be by way of a postal order, or does it have to be a cheque?
Sorry for the stupid question, it would just be a little easier on my budgetting if I could do it by postal order!96 items decluttered so far in 20130 -

Hi
I only paid £1 for a SAR. Its £10 for a copy of 6years statements. Send a cheque for a quid, the cashing of it is your proof its been recieved. Not sure how postal orders work? If theres a way of checking a postal order has been spent then yeah that would be just as good.
ThanksMY Successes = RBS PPI, RBS bank charges, Aqua PPI, Aqua cc charges, HFC PPI, Welcome Finance PPI, Blackhorse PPI Mums Ongoing= Swift Advances PPI, London Scottish PPI, Blackhorse chgs, GE money pyts missing

Calling anyone trying to reclaim PPI from Picture Finance!
I've now been waiting for over a year for the FSCS to determine the defualt status of Picture Financial and for most of that time all enquiries have recieved the reply that the investigation is in its closing stages..
FSCS have been as helpful as possible but I'm still none the wiser as to where we are. I have requested to see copies of the correspondence between FSCS and Picture, (or their administrators Delliote) but have have this request refused.
I have eventually contacted my MP to push for this information to be available so that we can determine where the delay is. My feeling is that the administrators are employing delaying tactics by using the very procedures set up to protect the consumer.
My MP has responded and said that he agrees with my position and will contact the head of the FSCS to push the case...and this gave me an idea.
I know that many on this portal have a similar issue and so I ask that anyone as frustrated as I with the lack of information available on the situation with Picture Financial contact their MP as well. maybe this way we can push Picture up the list of priorities within the FSCS.
I myself am waiting on the resolution of a claim for miss selling of a £11,000 single premium PPI and would very much like to to get this sorted!!0
