OH LISA, as Gary Barlow would say, BRILLIANT, I THINK YOU WILL GO FAR
Guys this is amazing, and we all have the right to claim expenses, if this goes as i think it will, you can all claim writing off any liability
The Tax man has one bunch to thank .... THE THIEVING BANKS ???
I LOVE IT LISA

The money is in the bag when "the fat lady sings" smitchy
They are using back street tactics, let me know when you actually get your cheques then we can celebrate
I know this is hard to believe, especially for me, I've been on here a long while, but i'll take it. So in everything else I do agree with, just think on this occassion the odd person is getting paid early/on time whichever way people like to take it, it's not fair by any matter of means, but I just wonder if it's anything to do with not getting an acceptance form either, it's just so strange.:D:cool:Thanks to all the competition posters.0 -
Beamer, we've had the cheques, first won was received last Monday for the CC claim, and that was a 6 days after receiving the offer, funds now free to spend. The TMPP cheque was received yesterday and in the bank today.

Hi everyone
im new to this so please bear with me! and apologies in advance if this has already been asked but after reading Martins article re PPI i just have a couple of questions:
1. can you reclaim PPI if you still have your loan/mortgage etc with the same company
2. can you reclaim PPI if the loan/mortgage if you still owe the company money (eg i have years left on my mortgage/loans) but have been with the same company since i took them out).
3. do you need a copy of your original agreement to begin to make a claim
thanks in advance!0 -
Hi guys,
Sorry for the delayed response, I've been away.
MANY, MANY thanks to those of you who have offered advice in my pursuit of justice against Barclays!
It seems the general consensus is to reply to Barclays, cc-ing Bobby via email, as well as writing to the FOS.
My question is what do I send to the FOS?
Many thanks0 -
Has anyone had and payment from Natwest/RBS without receiving any calculations or indeed correspondence at all. I was informed by the FOS back in August that my claim had been upheld and Natwest would contact me within 8 weeks, they said they had no idea of the amount but it would be in line with the way the FOS calculates redress.
I then recieved a letter on 17th Oct warning of delays etc, however it would appear that I was credited with something termed PPI REDRESS to my credit card on Nov 1st.
Now whilst I am grateful especially as others are struggling to get their payments, it would help to know exactly how they worked it out, as I have no idea of how they did it and so cannot say if it is correct or not, it does not break it into premiums or interest or anything, just one figure termed PPI REDRESS.
The main thing is because it was a card dating back to the early nineties which was re-financed on several occasions and I wouild like to ensure I am not being disadvantaged, and that I am as stated in a position I would have been if I had not taken PPI.
Just wondering if anyone has had experience of this from Natwest/TSB.0 -
