Hi angel it's the same email addy as for the ceo, horta osorio but if we paste it on here it gets wiped out, i don't think the site will let us paste it up anymore, complaints from the ceo i'm told.

DON'T think he has a direct email addy but I am sure if you email the EX CEO it will get to him

I am confused here, this is the so called CEO of RBS, Stephen Hester, is he now part of EGG owned by Barclays, all these images, very confusing

Thank you! have been using osario's email addy and also just used the same format with tookey's name too to see if that works. Will let you know!

Quick question on HSBC.

I had two loans, one ended within 6 yrs the other ended earlier. Sent them an SAR and they sent statements for the loan that ended within 6 years but said they no longer hold documentation either in physical storage or on computer systems due to the age of these loans.
I sent a PPI complaint for both loans as I am relatively sure back then I would have been naiive enough to have taken PPI out. They replied saying they can confirm I never had any PPI on either loan.

How can they CONFIRM this if they no longer hold any documentation due to the age of the loans??

Any advice on what to do next? Have they done this to anyone else?
