Are you saying that the PPI was with Lloyds ?

If, it is not your signature then it is fraud and there is no timescale
Someone signed it, Ford are 100% liable if one their staff committed fraud

Hi beamer, I have sent this email to the Volvo team as i have had no response since they stated this is now with the senior management team...In a previous email i asked who was the underwriter etc, but nothing....We again contacted Ford who state it is the dealership we need to persue....aarrgghh!! :o:o ......

    Good Evening,

This email is for the attention of whom ever is dealing with my complaint.

Would it be possible for you to forward me an email address so i could correspond with the correct person/s?

I am aware that my complaint has gone to your senior management team, however, i have had no correspondence from them at all with regards to the acknowledgement of my complaint nor the provision of the information i have asked for.

Your company has had adequate time to deal with this complaint as it has now been ongoing for 4 weeks.

I do not want to constantly email you and waste your own and my time, when obviously you are not dealing with this complaint.

I look forward to hearing from your senior management team.

    Regards xx

Lloyds TSB v MBNA V fraud

A few posts ago, you will see that I asked the CEO of Lloyds Antonio Osorio, about the connection to St Andrews in Southern Ireland, owned by Lloyds Banking Group, marketing a fraudulent PPI offered by MBNA and the Virgin Credit Card.

Mr Osorio has failed to respond and despite requesting a copy of the said policy, to date it has not been received leaving me to believe that Lloyds do not want me/you to see the actual policy

This email was sent to Mr Osorio tonight, we will see if there is a response

    Dear Mr Osorio,

I have now asked 3 times for a copy of the PPI that St Andrews allowed MBNA to re-sell to their customers.
It is indeed very worrying that you fail to supply me with a copy, attaching to an email is so easy BUT ... You seem to not want to do this.
May I suggest that as CEO of the Lloyds Banking Group, you behave in a proper manner as so far, this appears to be a fraudulent activity created between two banks.

If you do not provide me with a copy of this insurance then I will pose the very same questions to the authorities for investigation. Please do remember the current shareholding of the UK taxpayer in Lloyds TSB

Third email, NO RESPONSE FROM Osorio

As no response, we can only ASSUME that there is a financial scam between St Andrews (Lloyds Bank) and MBNA ???

    Further email today to Osario

    Mr Osario,
Are you the CEO of Lloyds TSB or not ?
Very clearly, you do not want to provide me with a copy of the PPI that St Andrews arranged with MBNA ?

I assume your denial for this information to be made public, is due to the fact that you are aware that there are fraudulent activities and that St Andrews PPI's are infact just useless pieces of paper promising consumers protection that is a blantant lie. Do remember, I have a copy via MBNA of your fraudulent policies

Therefore, your failure to respond which is the height of rudeness from someone in your position, can only mean the instigation of an investigation which I will now do. The public must be protected against Lloyds TSB

THIS IS THE MAN WHO CANNOT ANSWER QUESTIONS
    CEO.jpg

IF OSARIO CANNOT REPLY, NOBODY SHOULD TRUST LLOYDS TSB

Hi Sunny, your email is too kind and doubt you will NOT get much further with them. The only thing these thieves understand is BLUNT correspondence, they wake up then.

I understand everything you have said and now would ask you to PM me with your email address, I will reply with a letter you can send which will wake them up

I have received my SAR eventually from Santander, i have found a store card account opened in 1990, which had PPI on. According to their documentation quote
January 1999 'PPI cancelled-customer never requested or wanted policy charges in last 30 days refunded £12'
This account continued until March 2005,when i paid it off in full.
Is it too late to claim this back please (Looking back I can't believe how many times I was in arrears with this account and the PPI must account for some of these)
    Thanks Lisa

I'd give it a try lisa and see how you get on.

Thanks Sunny, for those reading this, won't go into the ins and outs but the letter threatens a formal complaint to the FSA to revoke their credit licence which the FSA will do in the case of fraud
