Hi there
I think this is a standard procedure by Barclays.
Have you already completed one?
If so let them know its already been done, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi
Sorry i missed this one.
If you send a letter, they will send a questionnaire to complete, as they prefer this method, so if you kept a copy of the letter you sent, then just add the details you have on your complaint onto the reclaim questionnaire.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
One of my cases are looking hopeful, although not actually resolved quite yet.
Steve (Cappo) this is the Hamilton Case you know about.;)
I wrote to Endeavour/HFC in August so I could send more info into the FOS/Adjudicator for the submissions, and I received a letter yesterday and they finally confirmed it was them that sold the PPI and not Click Finance the broker.
So they have upheld on this, but I have yet to put in a further ppi reclaim in with them, now we know who is responsible.;)
So folks, I have been busy getting on with some of my reclaiming today, I haven't been ignoring you.:o:D;) lol.
I would like to say though.......
Congratulations to all winners!

Hi all, becoming very addicted to reading these threads! Just coming by to say hello and congrats to all you winners out there! Three more weeks til my deadline day (my third deadline day, or maybe I should say 3 more weeks til they don't contact me and I have to phone them again to be told it'll be another x weeks....how cynical of me). Anyway, I see that some of you lovely people have knowledge about how to figure out estimates and I'm wondering what mine should be if upheld. Any takers? The loan was with RBS for £4000 plus £435.60 "insurance loan" (I take this to mean PPI, how silly of me not to read the paperwork properly at the time). The insurance loan was paid monthly as part of the overall payment. At the time of taking out the loan the APR was 11% variable. I took it out May 2007 and paid it off May 2011. It was a business loan, if that makes any difference. Don't think I could even have claimed on it if I wanted to, for various reasons. Haven't run the business since 2008, but that's another story.
*Edited to add - the detailed cost of the insurance loan is the aforementioned £435.60, the actual amount to be paid including interest was £522.15. As I said the APR was variable and it did change several times over the period of the loan, not sure how this then works out???0 -

Good luck Di you deserve it0 -
is this being fast tracked or just being left for the fos to sort out in there own time? anyway unfortunately it could take up to 2-3 years it depends a lot on how cooperative the banks are, as you'll see from my post below theres a lot of people who've jumped on the reclaiming bandwagen since the j.r
Not sure what you mean by fasttracked Cappo. This is me passing my complaint onto FOS after rejection by HFC, it was their first and final response so FOS was my next port of call I think.0
