Hi there, this is what most banks do i am afraid!!! you could not send it,but then they will send you another,so you may as well fill this in and get it sent back.
It is a ball ache! i know, but they may wait for this before looking at your claim.

Put in complaint to Catalogue people, they called me asking questions, and 1 day later i got reject letter so contacted the FOS, who today they forms came through. Also todays post came from
Catalogue, the policy they said i'd had, and were with ARG Equation Ltd, memeber of the GISC. in 2001. Now they are with Aviva. Do i put in a complaint to both.
They said i could of cancelled if werent happy with policy, after 30 days, put i ddint say was having Insurance.
Wouldn't one policy, just continue, if company changes insurers????????

I have just had my claim with HSBC upheld and at the momement am in a DPM plan.hsbc sold there dept to marlin then onto someone else, though i think this was just so they could add interest on and then put it back with marlin.
In the payout will the interest belong to me and do they still take anything off the ballance with the debt with marlin or as they sold it, it is nothing to do with them.
All my creditors were fine apsrt from HSBC who put a chargging order on my house. would i be able to have this taken of as through there ppi charges in the first place that made the debt.
    any help please

Not sure what you mean by fasttracked Cappo. This is me passing my complaint onto FOS after rejection by HFC, it was their first and final response so FOS was my next port of call I think.

Hi scotty fast tracking is where you can have your dispute heard quicker and the fos will do this normally, though you have to be either suffering financial hardship and be able to prove it, namely being in receipt of certain benefits or having medical issues i.e stroke etc and of course being able to prove that as well. all the best with this.

I think you may have problem. ARG Equation changed its name to GUS Home shopping but has recently dissolved.

That means it will not be able to pay any redress and because the sale took place before 2005, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme cannot assist you.

Even if that were not so, although you say it subscribed to the GISC code, the FSA register indicates it was never FSA authorised so FOS would not have had jurisdiction.

you would probably have to have this money put towards your debt and this would probably be done by the bank anything left over after paying off the lender you've won ppi from you'd get back, as to the charging order this is something quite specialised, citizens advice bureau will give you a free 30 minute consultation via appointment with a solicitor i would take that option, your local cab address can be found in the phone book.
