Hi Ravis, what have the company done for you so far?,if you put your claim in with them last october, then this will have been put on hold by the JR.... this is money for old rope for this company,as Barclays are paying up for mis sells put on hold by the JR,you would have had a win for free anyway!!.

Thank you, really appreaciate the advice, not really financially minded so thanks again.

I now understand a bit more, the premium returned and the ppi claim are separate, i will contact Forbes Douglas and cancel with them.

Cheers

Hi there, this is cashback that you have recieved and nothing to do with mis sell claiming, the people you have on the claim side of this should not take a % of this (bet they do!!!)

This ppi is a win win,you should not have to pay 30% to them for doing nothing!!! give the company a ring and tell them you will not be persuing the ppi mis sell as you have had this back per your contract and will not do mis sell, make sure you get it in writing that you have dispensed with thier services.

If you carry on with this company, you may end up with a bill for the 30% on the whole of the ppi and the money you get for the ppi paid to date and the interest on those.

You will end up with a bill for this company and no compensation..and ppi still on the loan!!.
All it takes is one letter to FP to get the mis sell.

Correspondence i had from them i june 2011, stated that the case has been accepted by the FOS and that there is a high volume of cases.

Hi
CEO
antonio.osorio@lloydsbanking.com

Also copy it to
Customer.Care.Insurance@lloydsTsb.co.uk

For a quicker response, the customer care team tend to act quicker if they can see you also emailed the CEO, good luck.;)

• HI everyone are unemplyment cover and permanent health insurance a form of PPI that can recclaimed? I bought permament health insurannce back in 1986 and unemployment cover back in 1999 both in relation to mortgage cover and I have been paying ever since. the unemployment cover is only about £13 and the health insurance is only about £20pm (gives me £350pm after 6 months off sick). I don't recollect any deatiled questions on advice/risks etc?

Hi angel,i would be firm without being rude,i assume this is regarding the reclaiming of ppi so i would literally tell the ceo you want your complaint sorted out as quickly as possible,i don,t know the particulars of your complaint but an email along those lines would be fine
