    Yes it is.
However, if I heard correctly it supposed to be getting warmer as from mid week, yet I've heard that one before as well LOL.

If you email Littlewoods query line, ask them for the direct address for complaints via (Index Extra). They should let you know.;)

  • Hi All,
    Hope you can help.
I bank with Halifax and always have I took out a loan at the age of 19 which was 9 years ago for £10000 I don't know even if I had PPI attached and have no paperwork from this, the loan was over 3 years. I would have signed anything at the time just to get the money because I had multiple Credit Cards which I wanted to clear one of those credit cards was with barclays which I still use I know I had PPI as I stopped it approximately 1 year ago as I heard I could cancel the PPI, the credit card has been active since 2002.

I really don't know where to start and if I should just get a company to look into this for me.
    Any advice would be great.

    Thanks

I would do it yourself and do not go down the line on a company to look into this for you!

Call into the local branch and ask the info on the loan account number, start and finish dates and amounts etc. Or call the bank up and ask.

Have a read here and complete the form and send it off simple as that:D

    Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding PPI claims, Iam sorry if it a similar post has been posted on here before .

End of 2007 LLoyds bank did send me 2 Airmiles credit cards one mastercard the other one amex. I cant remember having requested them .

Unfortunatly because of personal problems I had to use these and still paying them off now. i also pay PPI on the cards the thing is I cant remember having seen anywhere with the cards that I would have to pay it. I know I could cancle just the PPI insurance but I feel i have been missold as I was not made aware.

My question is is it wise trying to claim back PPI even though I still pay the credit cards off? Iam worried that they may cancle the account and demand an instant payment of what is outstanding.

Help would be much appreciated . Thank you

    Hi there

If you think you have a case, then go for it, it does not matter if your trying to pay these off or not.

If you check on Lloyds TSB website, it will tell you how to make a reclaim on there also, its just like the reclaim questionnaire on this site.

Having just claimed against LTSB I rememered that I had PPI on Capital One I had PPI with them from 2/5/2001 to the last Statement being 2/5/2005 and due at the end of the month when they withdrew cover because of late payments I had been self employed since November 2003. The card continued to be active and probably lapsed a year or so later
Does anyone have a email address or should I ring

hi i need help, i have 4 ppi`s 2 with AA (capital bank) 1 with lloyds and 1 mbna cc, i have some paperwork ie - aggreements, polcy, tc`s but after looking at all this and your template letters i`m stuk as what to say for my reason for miss selling as i cant remember what was said or what i wrote on the application`s. my first thought is that as i`m self employed and have been for 15/20 yrs the policy`s are not suitable, although saying that my cc say`s that i have to cease trading to claim (no good if i`m out of work for a couple of months)

I`m not working at the moment so money is very tight , 3 of the ppi`s are active, 1 of the AA was settled (feb 06) in order to aquire the 2nd loan (may 06)
I`m in a dilemma not sure which way to go `HELP`
