I have seen him stacks of times, his mate has a light green top on and this final session this evening they are in the same spot as earlier, instead of the first row now just in the 2nd row lol.;)

has anyone had any luck with welcome finance i sent the stage 1 letter 3 weeks ago did get a reply saying they will look into it but how long do i give them

Hi there

Yes there has been some success with Welcome and some still ongoing complaints, you can also check this out on the success thread which is next to this one.

They have 8 weeks in full to respond.;)

Please keep us posted and good luck, if your not successful first time, we can help move on to the 2nd stage, but hopefully you will be fine, fingers crossed.;)

Hi there - I have sent off 2 letters now about my loan PPI....I got a couple of letters back in December saying they had recieved my letter and had yet resolved my complaint but would be in touch - that was the last I heard? I have then sent a letter at the end of Jan giving them 14 days to respond before I go to the FOS? Just wondered how long it took for them to come back to you about your loan PPI - and did you end up having to phone them??

I wrote to HFC in November 2008 - received 2 letters from them stating not resolved and was preparing FOS leter when I got reply stating agree with personal loan but not with 2 homeowner loans so now going to FOS. If they are going by date order then you should hear within next month. I did call them a couple of times but they would not give any details other than `still in a queue`

I too have a claim withHFC I wrote to them in November2008 and received letters to say still investigating will contact me.

I then wrote a letter to HFC and they stated tha I could not take the case to the FO as I had not received the final letter,are they just stalling it seems they are playing the system!!!What can I do ?I have contacted the FO to get a case number.

I wrote to HFC on the 16th Feb stating that it was unceptable to say they could not find the statements.

Also that they had exceeed the timescale set by the Information Commissioner. Therefore I would report the to the I.O .

I gave the 5 days to respond. I hope that this makes sense as I have lost this message twice already!!

I sent my first letter to Egg on 30 Dec. After getting an immeadiate "we have received your complaint" letter back, I then received a letter after 4 weeks saying they are still looking into it.

By my caluclations, we are now into the 8th week. Is it liekly that I will get a letter this week, or are Egg prone to going over the time limit?

What should I do now? Should I email them and advise they are in to their final week? Should I wait to see what happens? What if I'm sat here this time next week and still have no reply?
