Hi All,

Was just wondering if anyone has had any success claiming back from Lloyds TSB, I have 2 claims in at the mo with the FOS, just wanted some insperation really!!!!

Yes, had success via Lloyds TSB on so far 4 loan ppi's another 2 ongoing.
However, prior to making a reclaim on the loan ppi, I made a reclaim on my credit card ppi, due to the fact i was only then receiving bens when this was taken out in 2001, and this one was not successful directly with lloyds, unlike the loan ppi, but resolved by the FOS.

The FOS have a very large volume of complaints from Lloyds reclaimants, and the majority have been successful through the FOS, you should be okay here, good luck.;)

Thanks for you response, My only worry is that both started before 2005.... But Lloyds havnt queried it yet but just said they are still looking into it. It went past the 8wks that's why I went to the FOS. What do you think??

That is fine, my loans was from 2001, and was successful, remember these were regulated by GISC prior to FSA taking over in Jan 2005.;)
