Just found this on Companies House Search, think it "may" be this anyway. They are shown still as active.

    FIRST NATIONAL LIMITED
    CURZON HOUSE
    64 CLIFTON STREET
    LONDON
    EC2A 4HB

The company number if you find this anywhere on any paperwork if any is this one here:
    Company No. 02571120

thank you very much letter on the way

    Hi

I've recently contacted a company Belmont Thornton about reclaiming mis sold PPI but their fees come in at 25% plus VAT for a successful claim.
Has anyone had any experience of them and has anyone any idea if its worth paying that much of a fee?

    Thanks in advance

    Simon

  • Evening all,

I've been holiday for 2 weeks and while I was away I heard the FSA had made a some kind of judgement on PPI. Think it was last monday or tuesday. Can anyone clarify the judgement and what it will mean to claims? I am awaiting the judgement on two claims?

    Kind Regards

What a nice suprise to come home to :j:j well done:money:
If the loans or cc are still running, you get the total ppi taken off, they then give you ppi monthly payments that you have made to date with interest back to you (if there are arrears then they take these off and you get the remainder) and 8% interest on top of that. Then your monthly payment reduces by the ppi monthly amount If they are paid off you get the total amount of ppi back to with interest as stated above.

No sorry, what I meant was that it was reported in the press that a FSA had reported in the National Press regarding missold PPI.
