Hi Guys,
I finally on Tues morning received paperwork! The Loan agreement from BOS, woohoo! I sent a letter demanding my paperwork and told them that Experian had confirmed the loan as being with them and that I would be getting it investigated!
When it arrived it duly had Bronze Customer Care on it and Bronze Customer Care interest too. I have now sent a recorded delivery letter back to them on Tuesday requesting my PPI plus interest. I will let you know but any claims I have helped friends with have always been quick with BOS. Fingers crossed! I remember I took it out over the phone so hope I won't have too many problems. I'm quietly hopeful

Hi ALL,
I know i am repeating myself from a few days ago, but I need to ask a question .

Do you trust the FOS to get you the PPI refund quickly ?
Because I don't.
The reason is that the FOS has PERSONALLY ask my BANK -Egg banking Plc - NOT TO RESPOND TO ANY OF MY LETTERS OR EMAILS regarding PPI refunds.
Not even though EGG has MADE the mistakes in the first place. The FOS said that it was their FINAL RULING.
This was in a letter dated 13 AUGUST 2010. I am VERY ANGRY about this .
I thought that I would try a different attack on persistance and I thought writing to the NEWPAPERS with my complaint.
No info at present but If you find a story about EGG in the Daily Mail / Daily Mail on SUNDAY or the FINANCIAL MAIL over the NEXT FEW WEEKS let me know.
I had given them my copalint and they are going to take it from here.
I had also asked the FOS that if they do NOT comply to my requests or instructions which are in my letters or emails, they will face LEGAL ACTION for LIABEL as well.
I did get a message from the FOS saying on 16 AUGUST that somebody named NINDY SAINI CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY and had resolved my queries.
Who is NINDY SAINI ? When did she speak to me ? The ONLY CONTACT I had from EGG is MY ANNUAL STATEMENT on 6 APRIL 2010 and a BREAKDOWN the FOS asked for which was sent to me on 5 AUGUST. NOTHING ELSE. NO OTHER REFUNDS NO APOLOGIES ETC...
EGG DID NOT CONTACT ME WHATSOEVER. THIS TO ME IS LIABEL.

My Media investigation will be ongoing and I will fight to get as much money as I can from them and I will let you know of the outcome.
If I don't get some money soon, I'm afraid EGG & the FOS will be taken to the COURTS for BREACH of various LAWS.

DO YOU AGREE ?, This is not a start of a new thread or anything. It is just a simple question about trust.
Any thoughts ?
