    Hi there

I am so sorry to hear that.
    Its pathetic isn't it?

I know it may be worth waiting, even though they have already been given more than ample time, did they also make you aware that you could complain to the FOS?

    Good luck.

Do you know the details of the Chief Exective officer (CEO) of HSBC by any chance, if so I would write and/or email him or her about this, they should hopefully shift them.;)

    Hi

If you feel enough is enough now, maybe you could write and give them your own timescale, for example 14 days as from they receive your letter, or the date on your letter, and tell them if you do not hear by then you will seriously been considering moving your complaint on to the FOS.
Its up to you of course

You could send the CEO a copy of the letter and tell them your not happy with the way your complaint have been dealt with by the complaints team, tell him everything.
I assume its the same address you been using, but address it to that name of that CEO, unless someone knows of another name, or you could write to the Managing director/CEO.;)

I don't blame you then, its bad enough that they've dragged this on this long.
You do what you feel is best. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.;)

i know ppl may think going straight to the FOS is premature, but just in my mind i feel ive given them long enough, its been 4 and a half months and theyve so far not managed to send me a decent reponse other than the pre-typed drivel response that they send out generally.

goina be a long wait with the FOS but it needs to get moving....besides me thinks theyre worried bout something considering how quick theyve replied to some others

You have been very fair in my opinion and they've had more than enough time to deal with your complaint.
If you decide to want to complain to the FOS now, remember to let them know how long you have been waiting, and its got to the stage that it have caused a lot of distress, request for extra redress due to this as well.:)

    thanks marshallka,
the 3 solicitors are, heenans, james & beckett, and currently black lion law. It is on a no win no fee basis and i never signed into any contract, i have asked black lion law if heenans and james and beckett are owed any money for any work they carried out and they said they couldnt get in touch with them as they had ceased trading. BLACKLION LAW rang loans.co.uk today only after i chased them 1st and they said that they had ceased trading now for 1year , i then explaine that loans.co.uk had admitted liability dec 2009 so they could not have ceased trading 1yr ago
Oh OK, these solicitors seems familiar from these forums!!! Not heard of the third one though, Black Lion Law... ???

Do you have any paperwork for Loans.co.uk? If you do then perhaps a company number and address would be useful so we can confirm for definate who to make the complaint to and for you, yourself to actually take the complaint forward and not pay a penny.

Just googled Blacklionlaw and it seems they are a relatively new company from their website or lack of it lol. Hmmmmmm, how these solicitors pass everything around and you never get to hear from any of them. DId you pay anything over to them or any of these?
