Hi thanks Di for replying so quickly.Don`t know if I`ll contact them again ,sent numerous emails etc before recieving what i have. Will think about it tho.If I just want to claim back for the amount I have info for what is the best way to go about it?

    Your very welcome.;)
I was going to suggest you emailing the Chief Exective officer (CEO) if I find the details I shall send you a pm with them, in case you need them any time.

In regards of reclaiming, then I would complete the questionnaire, the FOS have recently brought these out, and its said to save time, although they do have 8 weeks in full to respond, keep a copy as well.
If you also want to write a cover letter, that is up to you as well, a simple letter will be okay, just ask them to refer to the questionnaire, and this relates to reclaiming prior to 2003.
The questionnaire you will find on the link here on Stage one:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

Its well worth a shot, good luck.:)

    Hi there

Found the address details to Morgan Stanley, think this is the correct one for these:

    MORGAN STANLEY & CO. LIMITED
    LEGAL DEPT
    25 CABOT SQ. CANARY WHARF
    LONDON
    E14 4QA

If you need to send to Barclays there should be a few in the address thread here:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1619943

For the Barclay card, I would assume its this one here:
    Barclaycard
    Barclaycard House
    PO Box 5592
    Northampton
    NN4 1ZY

    Good luck with this.;)

    Hi there

I thought it was in Birmingham somewhere but cannot remember the correct address, you could contact the FOS who should have these details for you, give them a call here:
    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact/index.html

Hope they can help with the correct address for you they should do.;)
